What makes Harvey Colliver such a good suspect:

As Relentless points out, instead of him discovering Harvey and forcing the theory, it was actually Harvey that led Relentless to the Zodiac killer.

Pretty much every major confirmed and unconfirmed victim share a name, job, or anything in common with family and friends of Harvey.

He had the perfect motivation to be the Zodiac killer and his handwriting matched excellently.

The murders and letters stopped when he got married but then Zodiac activity started again when she left him. The murders and letters then completely stopped when Harvey was beginning to loose his vision.

Thanks for Black Box Ned for pointing this out. Seaman’s hammer attack was actually after the second confirmed murder instead of after the double event, although I believe that Chapman was the third victim with Tabram being the first. Anyway, Seaman was sentenced in late October 1888. Now what Ned has done is go on his podcast and tell this story which I’m happy with, but he makes it out as if Seaman was in custody immediately after the hammer attack, one detail he fails to mention is that crimes that involved the perpetrator being intoxicated usually meant that the person would be in public until the sentencing. So he could have absolutely killed the first 5 but not Kelly.

She was a Bay Area single mother who left the home in September 1979 and her car was found at lake Berryessa. Interestingly, the original investigator on the case who also jumped to the conclusion it was a suicide, he shot his wife in 1981 and only got 4 years. So it would be reasonable to think this homicidal woman killer Ron Head was responsible for the disappearance as well. Another suspect is George Wallace Fullerton. Fullerton was a civil engineer and avid backpacker who lived in California at the time. He also may or may not be the Zodiac killer due to several overlaps between Fullerton, McKinley, and the Zodiac.
