My argument as to why Valt would’ve lost to Lui in the Season 1 Finals regardless of the crack in the stadium

My argument as to why Valt would’ve lost to Lui in the Season 1 Finals regardless of the crack in the stadium

Could’ve Valt won under the right circumstances? Yes. I absolutely think he could’ve. But within the context of the 3rd battle, I don’t think he would’ve. Here’s why from a logical standpoint.

It’s fair to assume that after the final major conflict between Valkyrie and Longinus that Valkyrie was nearing the point where it was going to burst. (Probably on its last click or at the very most last two clicks). Because when it hit the crack, it caused it to Burst immediately. If Valkyrie wasn’t close to bursting, it probably would’ve just killed its spin resulting in a survivor finish.

Now, what if the crack wasn’t there? Wouldn’t Valkyrie collide with Longinus for one last time causing either a Burst Finish or Over Finish? Not exactly.

Valkyrie is a Right Spinning Bey. While Longinus is a Left Spinning Bey. At this point, Longinus had lost a lot of its spin and became wobbly while Valkyrie was still spinning at a moderate speed. Knowing that Valkyrie was nearing the bursting threshold and that it was spinning comfortably faster than Longinus, had they collided, Valkyrie would’ve most likely bursted anyway due to a Slowmotion Burst Finish. Which occurs when a fast spinning clockwise spinning bey which is nearing a burst hits a slow spinning left spinning bey.

The misconception is that this can only happen with a bey that can steal spin. Which is not true. A slowmotion burst finish happens regardless of rubber on the left spinning beyblades layer.

As I said before, I think end of season Valt is slightly stronger than Lui overall. However for Valt to win he’d need an early burst finish like he pulled off in the 2nd battle. Under the circumstances of the 3rd battle where it was drawn out, it made it a lot harder for Valt to win logically.

Why wasn’t Red Eye placed in Group B?

I would’ve thought swapping Silas & Red Eye around would make the most amount of sense. Knowing that this tourney was fabricated and manipulated by Ashtem behind the scenes, I would think that Theodore would want Red Eye in the same grouping as the Big 5. Thus guaranteeing that he’d face off against the current best of the best at the time at least once to show off Spriggan Requiem’s power and that it’s the ultimate bey. Because other than Kurt, the rest of the Group A at the time were B tier bladers. Low A tier at the very most.

I understand narratively why the groups were the way that they are. But in the shows narrative, I would’ve thought that Shu in Group B made the most sense to Theodore Glass.

If you could choose the Shakespeare Novel to be what’s loosely inspired by a hypothetical 3rd Original Lion King Movie, which would you pick?

You cannot say Hamlet or Romeo & Juliet since they’ve already been taken inspired by TLK & TLK2 respectively

Squandering the Valt vs Aiga debate once and for all.

Before I start, this is being measured by the end of QS. And I am not biased towards either blader. I see them both as extremely powerful and honestly they’re the true bests from the Burst series whether you like them as characters or not. The writers obviously had these two in mind as the strongest among the legends by the end of the show.

In plain English, which of these two are statically stronger? It’s Valt Aoi. He is considered to be the Legends of all Legends. And his rank by the end is #1 globally. Meaning by the ranking system, he is the strongest blader in Beyblade Burst.

Who is the World Champion? It’s Aiga Akabane. By the end of the show, Valt is NOT the World Champion, Aiga is. Valt did briefly hold the status of World Champion during DB but Aiga was confirmed to be the Champion in QS.

Being ranked #1 World Wide and being the World Champion are not interchangeable titles all the time. A World Champion means that they’ve won a title match against the preceding World Champion and now hold that title. While being ranked #1 is based off of total amount of feats and recognition of those feats.

Aiga has the belt. He won it from Valt in Cho-Z and then again in QS. But from growth, love of the sport, and the amount of feats he accomplished. (Defeating Red Eye, Being an honourable sport to Lui, beating Hyde, Being a positive influence to blading newcomers, defeating other bladers at the top of the food chain like Shu, Free,
, Silas, Aiga (sometimes) and many others) Valt holds the #1 title and the status of Legends of all Legends.

Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how adorable Koromaru’s S.E.E.S outfit is

The first aid kit attached to his back is what does it for me. 🥹

I forgot what part we’re on… oh well, lmao. Here’s 5 more!

#1: Blindt DeVoy is the only non side Beyblade Burst character to lose every single match.

#2: Laban Vanot never won a single 1 on 1 matchup. (All of his wins were from 3 way battles).

#3 due to the 2020 Pandemic, there was a manufacturing error for Infinite Achilles at the TT headquarters. So instead of releasing Achilles first they swapped its release date with whichever bey was supposed to come out the following month. Which was World Spriggan. It resulted in Infinite Achilles appearing in the anime a month before the actual product came out while World Spriggan wasn’t even shown to exist in the anime, and yet people could already get their hands on the product.

#4 Free’s first ever on screen loss was dealt by Lui, and Lui’s first ever on screen loss was dealt by Free.

#5 while not totally confirmed, but heavily implied, Free wasn’t originally going to be included in Cho-Z. But the writers found a spot to slide him in for fan service due to him being really well liked the previous season. The evidence that points to this is his inclusion happens at a very awkward part in the Cho-Z anime (in the middle of the battleship cruise. Which is an arc in of itself). And if you remove Free from the Cho-Z anime, you’d literally not miss out on anything story wise.

One thing I was curious about was the numbers of the SEES members.

0: Mitsuru

1: Akihiko

2: Shinjiro

3: Makoto

4: Yukari

5: Junpei

6: Fuuka

7: Aigis

8: Koromaru

9: Ken

All of them make sense to me except for Yukari.

When we start the game, Yukari is already staying at the student dorm. AKA, the SEES already knew she had the potential to awaken a Persona even if she hadn’t done so yet. Which would mean that her abilities to summon a persona were known before Makoto was even introduced to Mitsuru, Akihiko and the Chairman before he went berserk.

This makes me feel like Yukari should’ve been 3 and Makoto 4. And I wonder why it was not done that way
