Can't find a reason

I grew up Catholic and ive gone to a catholic school my whole life. Now im 16 and ive done some reflecting on it and i cant find a reason why i would choose to continue to follow any religion. I understand why people are attracted to them, we are community based creatures, but i cannot find a reason why I would personally practice a religion. I believe it's man made, and I don't support most religions that exist because a lot of them are harmful to women and control people's lives in a negative way rather than give it structure. It has also created a lot of problems in the past and continues to do so today, what I'm trying to say is it gets people killed. I like Buddhism but again, I just have no reason to practice it. I want to fit in with my community which is Catholic, I just can't get behind it.

Period instead of ovulating

I'm 16 and I've had regular periods for the past 4 years I've been menstruating, and I've been tracking for over a year. This is the second time in a row I was supposed to be ovulating but got my period instead. I'm not sure why my period is so irregular, or if it's how I'm eating, or bc I was really stressed one week and then did basically nothing another week. Any advice?

Acne taking biotin

I'm 16 F and have genetically acne prone skin, it was clearing up on tret, but I started taking a large amount of biotin for my hair and nails this past week, and it's making me break out. Should I just give up and stop taking it or will the acne eventually go away in the next few weeks?

I don't understand

If every time I eat gluten, my body is slowly killing itself, why is it lowkey the only thing I crave. Before I got diagnosed, it was literally all I ate. I was the biggest gluten eater ever, my older sister got diagnosed 3 years before I did and I was like, wow, I'm so glad that's not me, because I couldn't imagine what it was like to not be able to eat literally 99% of the food I used to consume. But yeah anyways, I just don't understand if it's something that's killing me, why did it never occur to my body that I shouldn't be eating it. I never had any symptoms or anything. It was a complete surprise.

I'm so tired of having celiac

I got diagnosed when I was 12 and now I'm 16 and I just miss being able to get food anywhere I go. I don't rlly trust any food unless I know for sure it's gluten free, because I care more about myself and how I'm going to feel when I'm older than to gamble with any food. But I just miss not worrying about it, and I feel so annoying anytime I bring up being gluten free.

How am I supposed to pierce my tongue

I'm 16 and I really want a tongue piercing. It's the only piercing I've ever wanted and I've never gotten anything else pierced. I'm really scared to do it myself, and my parents obviously would not support this, and I would need a parent's approval to legally get it done professionally. There is a tattoo place in my area that offers tongue piercings, so I was thinking I could set up an appointment and I look older than I am anyways, so I was hoping they wouldn't care to check my age. Other than that I have no idea what to do.

Papers owl for writing an essay

I'm in high school and I've always written my essays, but I got a lot goin on right now and decided to give 40 bucks to get my essay written by "experts" on a site called "PapersOwl". I'm looking at it now and all the pictures of these experts look fr ai generated. I really hope I don't get some lame Ai written essay I could've gotten myself on chat gpt. If anyone has used it I'm curious to know how it went, but for now I will wait until Sunday to see the essay.

Okay so it's a day later, I payed at like 8pm I think, and it was done by 5:30 am. The essay isn't bad, I will have to fix a lot though.
