I have a 2017 MacBook Air, currently running Monterey 12.7.3, and it keeps crashing even when I have only 2-3 apps open and they are not even "heavy."

My question is that is it because of the CPU or the RAM that leads to these frequent crashes?

I know reprogramming an app so that it is compatible with old computer is hard, but I have this 2017 Macbook air (my main computer) that is currently monterey 12.7.3 and acellus needs 13+??? I have to use my windows laptop which is slow af 😭😭😭

I have all my accounts like steam on my macbook so i have to switch laptops EVERYDAY
