My first ever carnivorous plant! I have had it for a bit over a month! Is it doing well! I believe this is a cape sundew.

My new planted 29gal
My new low tech 29gal! This is the largest tank I have had. Got the plants just yesterday. They kinda look rough cuz the package got delayed in shipping. Rate the tank! Any suggestions or opinions?
(Also is the sword dying or does it just look like that)
