I feel guilty for how I feel

I hate my circumcision. Every day, I wish I was spared. I try to function, but it's harder to do the things I want to; I'm wasting my energy on school and work.

The thing is, I should be somewhat okay. I have a very loose cut. I like how my penis feels. But I'm unhappy with my bodily autonomy being violated, and the fact that I can't do anything about it. I know that most of you have it worse than me, and that makes me feel guilty. Knowing that other men are okay with their circumcision makes me feel even more guilty. I want to be grateful for my loose cut so badly, but I cannot do so knowing what was taken from me.

I wish I had someone to talk to about it. I just want a hug and reassurance.

What power cord do I need for this CD Player? (Lennox Sound CD-110)

Power Source: AC 120V, 60Hz, 120W (Also on 2nd picture)

Hello. I got this CD player for cheap, and I'm not sure which power cord to get. I looked on Amazon and found this cord, which I'm pretty sure would work. I just want to make sure if I'm correct. Thank you!

I feel branded.

I hate my body. Every day, I want to be someone else, but I can't. I'm stuck in this body. I can never change that.

My body is not my own. My penis was mutilated when I was a completely innocent infant. It doesn't even feel real. I know it happened, but my mind cannot comprehend the fact that part of my penis was cut off. There's no way that could've happened... right?

I can't cope with this. When I know someone else is intact, my heart hurts. I know that I'm inferior. That I'm mutilated and permanently marked. I hate it. It's even become one of my kinks now. I get off on the feeling of being less than. That's how fucked up I am. I am genuinely disgusting. Yes, people say that circumcision and childhood abuse doesn't define me, but I know it does. I know that I am disgusting, not because of what I've been through, but what it did to me.

It's so funny how I'm so angry and depressed. I have everything I want. My life is so easy. My parents love me. And yet, I'm hung up on the small things.

I am disgusting.

I hate my body, and I'm worried that I'm trans

Hey. I'm 19m bisexual. I've always had issues with my gender identity, mainly from ages 3-13. I wanted to be a girl, but I couldn't talk about it with anyone. I've always lived in religous, conservative enviornments. I felt ashamed of my body. I was also overweight, which was the main focus of my self-hatred. Learning I was circumcised added onto the shame, and made me wish I was a girl even more.

Now that I'm an adult, I'm re-orienting my views. I'm trying to erase the shame that came with my sexuality. With this, I've been thinking deeper about my gender identity. When I daydream, I'm either myself, or a feminine woman. In my sexual fantasies, however, I'm a masculine man. It's confusing, and I'm not sure which one I want to be.

I've always hated my body. I see the idea of being a woman (I usually picture myself as an unrealistically slim woman, think Britney Spears), as the "cure" to my body. But I'm also not sure what I want to look like. Sometimes I want to be a bear, sometimes a twink. Sometimes I even want to be a pear-shaped woman. The general idea is that I'm not sure what my ideal body type would be. I never want to be a mixture of the three; they're all seperate.

Since I'm questioning my gender in the first place, I know that it's likely that I'm somewhere on the gender spectrum. I'm sorry if this post was confusing, I just want answers. I don't have anyone in my life that wouldn't automatically shut this down. If I am trans, how do I cope with it? I don't want to transition, especially not anytime soon (Please don't judge me).

I wish I could restart my life with a foreskin

That's it. I don't like the situation I'm in, nor can I change it. I'm stuck. I wish I could be born again, but this time without being branded and mutiliated.

I know it can't happen. The closest would be restoration or even foregen (and I know it's not gonna happen). Who knows, maybe my foreskin will miraculously grow back. Even if it does, I'll still have this trauma. I'll still have wasted years of my life angry about this. If I was re-born, I would no longer have this trauma.

My healing does not erase my mental scars.

What do you think about circumcised men?

Hey. I'm M19, cut since birth like most Americans.

I'm very educated on the foreskin, like most of you here. I'm just curious, do you think any differently of cut men? How so?

Does UO restock vinyl?

I was looking at the Ariana Grande - Positions Vinyl (the mint marble UO exclusive) and it sold out. I have added my info to the waitlist, just in case. Is it likely that UO will restock this? I'm pretty sure they don't restock vinyl, but I just want to make sure.

I was placed in the wrong life

I can't explain it, but deep down I know that I wasn't meant to live this life. I wasn't supposed to be born to religious, conservative parents. Even the way my body naturally is (outside of being circumcised) feels wrong. This isn't supposed to be my life.

But it is. I am a circumcised male born to religious, conservative parents. It's not supposed to be like this. I really don't know why I feel this way. I always have.

My penis is the worst part. I was born with a foreskin. I should have it, but I don't. It's a weird feeling, knowing that you were meant to be a certain way, but you aren't. I shouldn't have been circumcised. My body should not have been assulted at birth. I should have been spared. But I wasn't.

I know that I only get one life. Just one. And then I'm gone. Forever. Killing myself is a risk that I can't take. I don't want to ruin my family, which is really ironic (I don't want to live my life for someone else). Even if I did end up going through with it, it's over. The small chance of hope right now will be destroyed.

Why am I going through this? I want it to get better, even though I'll still have my trauma and mental illness, but I also don't want it to get better. I just want my life to change. But it won't. The only choice I have is to work through it, even though it's not what I want to do.

The conservatorship business decisions make so much sense now.

Like many stans during the height of the Free Britney movement (I was a child, don't hurt me), I did not understand why Britney worked. Circus and its promotion seemed like WAY too soon for her. After all, she had a massive mental breakdown and was in desperate need of mental help. Looking back though, the conservatorship's early business decisions were meant to help her from going broke.

  1. Circus and For the Record
This era was very rushed, but it made sense. She was at risk of getting sued for not fulfilling her contract (if I'm recalling correctly), and this was great PR. For the Record did a great job at convincing the general public that she was now okay (although it was shallow). It was a great promo for Circus. Circus itself was a good album and helped maintain her relevance. The Circus tour, while not great, was good enough. It helped push the narrative that she was okay, while also grossing an insane amount of money. It was a good restart for Britney.

  2. The Singles Collection
Despite releasing a greatest hits album five years prior, The Singles Collection was released. It was a cheap investment, with not much work put into it. Most of the physical releases have information that is plain wrong (claiming that Toxic went to #1 on the BB 200). It wasn't nearly as successful as Greatest Hits: My Prerogative, but it was a quick and easy buck.

  3. Vinyl Releases
Yes I know I'm skipping quite a bit, but I still want to discuss this. We know that she had a major breakdown in 2019, the same year all her albums were initially released on vinyl. I am grasping at straws, but the timing seems too perfect. I wonder if they did this as a last resort.

My parents are honestly kind of stupid

I know the title is mean, but I genuinely do not understand what went on in their head.

My younger brother and I were both born in the Bible Belt in the late-2010s and mid-2000s respectively. Obviously, we were circumcised without a second thought. My parents have always been very Christian, but they were much stricter and legalistic in my early life. Ironically, my dad was very pro-masturbation. He never tried to make me stop, but made sure it was done private.

My circumcision was thankfully very loose and normal. I've had no complications, and I've even restored a little bit of it. My brother's had a complication, requiring a testicular surgery at age four. I remembered his surgery, but I only (somewhat) recently learned that it was because of his circumcision. I would hope that this would lead my parents against the procedure, but they very much support it. My nephew, unfortunately, was circumcised. No clue why they were supportive, considering my brother's complication, but the blood is on their (and my sister's) hands.

Why did they have it done to my nephew? It makes me so angry that they're willing to risk another complication like that. It was awful for my brother. They should have apologized and tried to prevent my sister from doing it. Now my nephew has to live life with a permanently modified penis. Do they not understand the absurdity of cutting of part of a child's penis? Apparently not.
