High credit…29.9% int Amex…which card should I balance transfer to?

I’ve obviously built my credit a ton since I got my Amex. Currently sitting at 780-805 depending on which platform I check. I am paying above the minimum but Christ is it going to be slow at this rate.

I was thinking a balance transfer card could give me 0% interest for a year or so but I’ve got $9300 on the Amex so I need a card that will give me a higher interest rate from the jump.

If anyone knows alternative cards with higher limits I’m really trying to get away from credit cards for this reason. I will happily take any and all other suggestions. Debt consideration loans? Personally loans from my credit union?

I really have no idea where to go I’m just working my tail off to get rid of this junk and assuming the balance transfer and aggressive pay down makes the most sense.

Thank you for the advice!

What are the ramifications of everyone having their own small business?

It feels like as older folks age out of important life
Long careers and all of the younger folks refuse to, “work for the man.” Or trying to become influencers, That the world will end up over saturated with low skill service industry businesses and end up with a huge necessity of highly skilled and educated laborers.

Curious if there are specific data points or theories on this.

Axles ult….

Should push an enemy away, not directly up. It is currently Too easy for kills as is and pushing away still has utility because it makes 3v1s easier to deal with.

One heavy push in the opposite direction to make space.

Who’s the better funnel character? Caustic or Wattson

I’m piss poor with movement and rotations so I’m just not gonna move 😂.

I figure caustic is good because his gas is an area effect but wattson has the Nade catcher you can tuck away so it’s a hard choice. M

Solo que.

Steam deck control questions…

Playing OpenMW with no mods. Still super early on walking to balmora scoping out palegraid on the way…

I can’t seem to rest and don’t see the option in my control settings. Will I get the option a bit later in the game like I did with the “save game” option? Or am I supposed to have a control mapped? I’ve been standing still forever to gain fatigue back.

Same with sprinting or running. I have one movement speed with the joystick forward. It uses fatigue but I only have the one speed. I thought running in short bursts was a thing but again don’t see a control setting to map a key bind.

The steam controls as a whole are a process to sort

Met with a realtor, do you agree with his advice…

We are considering selling our home. It was a major fixer upper when we bought at 150k. We owe 120k and the estimated value is some 220k give or take.

The realtor heard our list of remaining updates and fixes and said just to let the future buyer deal with it because ROI wouldn’t be nearly worth the money spent. Here’s the list of updates we were planning:

  1. Windows. We have VERY old metal framed windows. Some are broke and they’re extremely inefficient for insulation etc.
  2. front and back door replace and reframed. These are both on semi broken hinges and the framing is horrible leaving gaps at the tops.
  3. kitchen backsplash. I get it’s not necessary but the kitchen is unfinished and looks unfinished because of it.
  4. Entry way accent wall. The prior owners grilled on the front porch and burnt the siding. Instead of a full house replacement of siding we were planning on an accent wall for the entry way to address the section of burnt siding.

There are a few small items we wanted to address but these felt fairly important in our opinion but they are suggesting we not put a penny more into the home. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: reading comments everyone seems mixed on what to do and not do. 😂 for more context the house was a fixer upper when WE bought it. Everything cosmetically is much better now and up to code and functional and livable just a bit ugly in spots with the exception of these (imo) bigger fixes/cosmetics we need to(or wanted to) address.

EDIT 2: Most repairs will be done by myself. The accent wall to replace siding and windows will be paid out to someone else. Also it was a fixer upper when WE bought it. We only have one bathroom to renovate for cosmetics but everything is up to code and is livable safe and functional now.

What weed is in my fescue?

It’s all throughout and the only thing we can’t kill off.
