I see that there’s some that are pills I don’t love the idea of ramming a pill down his throat twice a day. Aren’t there any shots out there? Is anyone doing anything with peptides?

He doesn’t really like wet food. I do give him the hydopackets. Anytime I try to put any powder on any kind of food, hard or wet. He just won’t eat it so what’s the best method to getting these supplements to him?

hi all I’m new here. I like to drink out of a gallon jug so I’m gonna get a new one. That’s either stainless steel or glass. I’ve been looking at a couple different options. For the Steel I’ve been looking at a yeti with an aftermarket lid, that allows me to get a steel straw. I’d probably have to get a steel straw for the glass one too. How do we feel about Steel? If I’m just drinking water, is it gonn a leach stuff into my water? Are we gonna find out in five years that Steel is a heavy metal that’s killing us slowly?

That reallly sucks if it’s the case.

I didn’t want the hormones. I had my first copper for 13 years and I literally swapped the new one in same day but my cramps are out of control this time. It’s completely debilitating and not just for one day. Idk how to deal with this. It’s the 4th month and it’s ruining my vacation.

I did Ozempic for a while, hit my goals, stayed on for a while and went off and kept it off. but I definitely lost my ass- not just fat but muscle. I started working out again really hard and I’m wondering if anyone has managed to reverse their Ozempic butt? My butt seems like it is so small now and idk if that muscle can ever be recovered. My muscle memory sucks now I lost a lifetime of muscle because I didn’t do things the healthy way. But working on getting it back. Just curious if anyone has?
