Worth anything?

So pretty much I found this f-14 inert injection seat on a auction site and want to know the value of it and if it’s worth buying. Caption reads “Genuine EX US NAVY F14 Tomcat ejection seat , MK GRU7A , Made in May 1976 , This seat was refurbished ( Circa 1995 ) and then unused , With accessories , Inert , no rocket motor or explosive charge included , From the estate of one of the men who taught the Iranians to fly the F14” pics. Could only fine one for sale in the world for 35000 but who knows if it will ever sell
