name ideas

criteria: must start with K and must be a men’s name
preferably ends in N but that’s not a necessity

been going by Killian which I really enjoy but my dad isn’t super on board (tbh he isn’t super on board with the whole trans thing either but supportive of me as a person if that makes sense)

post surgery workouts

what sort of workouts/ physical activities were y’all able to do post laparoscopy? just a diagnostic/ robotic fulguration/ hysterscopy/ IUD, so nothing crazy like a full hysterectomy or anything. I take exercise and being active pretty seriously and I know I’m going to feel like shit during bed rest so I’m looking for lower intensity workouts I can do during recovery. Any advice is appreciated

Affordability?

after bills and utilities/ general cost of living is taken into account, i have 150 ish to spare each paycheck (twice a month.) i’ve been putting away 100 each month just to have something in savings, however im willing to sacrifice my savings for testosterone. is this a route i could take with my budget? how much does it cost roughly to get started, and to continue diy? thanks in advance. i’m in the united states if that matters

i’m struggling with knowing how much “spending” money i can allow myself

i make 780 a month. cost of living (utilities, rent, gas) are 520 total (yes the math js correct, sounds nuts but i don’t care to elaborate lol you’ll just have to trust me on this). how much of the remaining 260 can i spend on stuff i want (not need) and how much should go to savings? if anymore information is needed just lmk. thank you

i love the idea of living frugally and having a lot of money in savings but it’s hard when you only make so little. i’d get a new/ another job but this one fits nice with my school schedule and is relevant with the career i want to pursue when im older and have my certifications.

looking for validation (discussion of bottom dysphoria)

so i’ve referred to myself as a trans man on and off for the past decade, and while i’m fairly certain i’m a man, i’ve noticed my bottom dysphoria isn’t so black and white. would i be far happier if i was born with a dick? 100fucking%. do i get debilitating dysphoria when going to the doctor to discuss endometriosis/ pmdd/ IUD/ birth control options? absolutely. i’m prescribed valium for routine check ups due to the debilitating anxiety and overpowering dysphoria i get of a person being near me like that. however. i’ve never seen a single phalloplasty result that i was happy with. i’ve seen quite a bit of the other bottom surgery, i forget what it’s called but it starts with an M and the results are often small dicks made from preexisting tissues iirc. the only thing turning me away from those are the costs and difficulty of getting the surgery. additionally, i’m not sure if i want to get rid my hole? long story short im a huge freak and i like having my holes filled so the more the merrier 😭 this is the ONLY benefit i have to keeping my born anatomy, but its fairly significant to me as well just because i’m so fucking horny and i can’t imagine not being able to scratch that itch anymore because i got rid of my hole. i’m just so confused about myself and i hate the feeling. any feedback/ thoughts are appreciated.

Crochet book recommendations for animal themed wearables?

hello internet. so full transparency, im a huge furry and i love wearables/ accessories that have animal motifs with them (socks/ mittens with paw prints on them, hats with ears, etc). Hell, I’ve had the idea to make a hooded cardigan with some sort of animal ears attached to the hood and a droopy tail of some sort. Anyways. Do you have any book recommendations that fit the bill? Even some amigurumi stuff counts, seeing as I could probably adjust the sizing and such to make it work for my projects. This may come across as cringe and dorky however i am a cringe dork so what can ya do. Thanks! x3

how to stop seeing AI studies?

I set them as not interested when they pop up, but is there a more effective way to go about this? I have no desire to contribute to the development of generative AI.

best parts about owning guinea pigs?

never owned one before, but i love exotic pets (going to school to be a vet tech, my dream job is to work in a vets office that works with weird pocket pets hehe). I have experience with rats, mice, and hedgehogs (dogs and cats too ofc but that’s irrelevant). i’m willing to do the research needed, as i’ve had similarly high maintenance animals in the past so i def have an idea of what i’m getting into. i just want to know if taking the time to research guinea pig husbandry is worth it. are they expressive and have big personalities like rats or do they prefer solitude and only come out at night like hedgehogs? do males and females have vastly different personality types (on average) or is it equally diverse regardless of sex? i ask because with rats, males are typically seen as lazy and cuddly while females are very active and move around a bunch lol. was wondering if pigs are the same way

It’s a clown hat, not sharing the entire thing because it’s a paid pattern but anyways. I understand the foundation chain of 11 stitches, I understand doing 8 HDC into said chain, I’m confused on where I begin to increase. Would I begin an increase on my last HDC or so I start a new stitch then increase? The pattern is intermediate level but I’m very much a beginner but I just really wanted to make this hat lolol.
