Just like I was when made these egg katsu for dinner. After seeing this recipe pop up a few times on my algorithm I knew it was time to get baked, and try em. Super easy, and fry up in a flash. Topped with wasabi furikake and served with seasoned jasmine rice and sesame cabbage slaw. I added unagi sauce to mine while the wife chose to keep it as pictured. Dog tax included for of course he got a bite on egg without the batter/breading.

A box of cheddar bay biscuits, a couple packets of Knorr creamy chicken pasta, a bag of frozen mixed veggies, and a little creativity yields an easy one pot dinner. I present chicken pot pie noodle bake. Perfect for Sunday dinner after a THC cocktail and a smoke. Puppy tax included happy Sunday y’all 😊

Had a hankering for a fried chicken sandwich, but when you’re on a budget you gotta make it yourself. Didn’t have any frozen fries to deep fry for the authentic experience, but air fryer fresh krabby wedges aren’t too bad in pinch. Would like to try making my own pickles for this sandwich next time I get the craving. Even made an extra small piece of fried chicken for the pup. Dinner brought to you by a big bowl of mixed greens and sour apple gummies.
