Scrolling on this thing is NUTS

Scrolling on this thing is NUTS

I still can't believe that this used to be standard office equipment.

I swear I can floss between the individual pixels on my current office monitor.

I bet Serious Sam, Half-Life, Wolfenstein and countless others are going to be dope on this little fella.

Familiar sound?

I got a Hyundai Q770 that has horizontal buzz on the display and is making this additional buzzing sound.

Any ideas if it's fixable?

Monitor horizontal lines and buzz

Hi,

Just got this monitor today. It allegedly hasn't run in the past decade.

There are horizontal lines moving slowly down the screen and a buzzing sound out the back.

There is also a slight plastic smell coming out from where it buzzes.

Any ideas what could cause this and what I can do to remediate the issue?

PANASONIC TX-29PM1P Component Over SCART?

I got a PANASONIC TX-29PM1P yesterday and a PS3 + multiout composite cable.

The picture in interlaced from what someone commented on another post.

The scart diagrams are from the TV's manual. Can I input Component via a component to scart adapter via one of these ports? That would give me more resolutions I think.

I am a noob in this field. Apologies if the above doesn't make much sense.

LG Lafinion vs Panasonic

Hi. I'm going to get one of these today. Read some things on 100hz tvs, but to be quite frank, I kind of dig the 16:9 aspect ratio. The LG I think I can bargain for 50€, the Panasonic is listed at 25€.
