I’m terrified to try ketoconazole shampoo on my face but I do have some. I have MCT oil too. It seems to help but not eliminate the issue. I’ve tried miconazole nitrate cream in these areas before too, but it hasn’t gotten rid of the dryness and occasional redness. Sometimes it is calm, and other times it will be red.

I’ve already washed stuff and drying on high heat. Sprayed Spectracide in the baseboards and removed the new dresser that I believe was the culprit. Please tell me it’s not what I think it is….

These were found in the dresser after removing the drawers. Not on the mattress.

I surrendered them to Miranda’s in May 2025. They were about 6 months old, I only have these pictures of them when they were smaller. Their names were Smokey (first pic) and Fluffy (2nd pic). I never saw them on the website, I checked every 2 weeks. I really want to know what happened to them :(

wtf is this crap. I can usually shave consequence free but apparently not anymore? It’s red because I did lightly pick at it for a second. It feels dry on top.

We fell for each other super hard. When we get each other we really get each other, but when we don’t, we don’t. Sometimes we have issues with differing emotional expression and communication styles. For instance, talking things out helps me think and process, where he prefers to process solo and then talk. He is internal where I am more external.

Sometimes he doesn’t tell me outright what is going on with him, like when he’s tired and withdraws suddenly during a hangout, and it makes me afraid that he doesn’t care.

20F I feel like my chart is boring. Virgo Venus sucks. Leo placements make me really sensitive but with my Venus I also can be critical and picky. Is there anything good about my chart at all? 10th house stellium, but I can’t get a minimum wage job. I have hardly any motivation. I’m also dealing with skin issues.

And also, if 10th house points to social status and career, why can’t I get a fucking job? And why do people look straight past me more often than not? I’m uncomfortable around people anyways. Aren’t Leo’s supposed to be charismatic or something?

I live in Northern CA. I’ve had poison oak before but the blisters have never gotten this large. They only ooze for a few minutes, then close back up and refill. I have been applying calamine lotion daily but it isn’t drying them up effectively. My arm is swollen in this area as well. The rash is no longer itchy, just blistered and ugly. It’s day 5 and they show no signs of going down yet… what should I do?

I’m 20F. Been using Cetaphil gentle cleanser and a hyaluronic acid cream from the dollar tree, brand is Global Beauty Care. My skin used to be pretty nice when I was a teenager. I used to wash my face in the morning and gently exfoliate with a silicone brush daily, but I stopped that when I noticed my skin changing. I also used to get my face wet with hot water in the shower, and never had any problems. Stopped that entirely and now only wash at night with cold water and exfoliate once a week because it doesn’t seem to help and I will at times get little red bumps from it. My forehead sometimes feels tight when I move my eyebrows to make expressions.

My skin has become rough and congested feeling, particularly on my nose, forehead, and my chin feels patchy but I’m always getting zits on it regardless of if I leave it alone or try to get rid of the flaky/dry skin. It seems to not budge with any form of gentle rubbing. I have never used chemical exfoliants and I am afraid to try in case it makes things worse. Please help !
