Well, Rock Paper Scissors officially releases the final episode of Season 3 tomorrow

I really hope it isn’t the final episode, I really like this series and would like it to get more episodes. It is doing pretty well, so maybe Nickelodeon will greenlight it for more episodes. I really don’t want Seasons 2 & 3 to just be a fluke. Knowing Nickelodeon nowadays, I’m skeptical. Will Rock Paper Scissors get a Season 4, or will it be another show that Nick will just throw to the waste because it’s not SpongeBob?

Something interesting I noticed

SpongeBob and Danny are the only two members of the main Nicktoons Unite team to be playable in all 4 games (not counting any of the villain characters in Globs of Doom or the unlockable characters in Attack of the Toybots)

If OATCR actually had dialogue, what voice cast would you go with?

Now I know OATCR is a silent show that is meant to have ZERO dialogue whatsoever, but I’m asking hypothetically, what if the show DID have dialogue? I think it would be interesting to discuss who would voice the characters if they actually did have speaking voices, which is why I’m going to share my thoughts.

For Oggy, I’d probably go with either Tom Kenny, Rob Paulsen, or Billy West. Admittedly, maybe SpongeBob’s voice would sound off on Oggy, but I could maybe see Kenny’s voice for Dog from CatDog or Heffer from Rocko’s Modern Life working. I could maybe see Paulsen’s voice for Pinky or Yakko working (to be fair, Paulsen was known for playing all kinds of goofy animal characters all throughout the 90’s, so any voice of his could’ve worked). As for Billy West, I think Oggy having Stimpy’s voice would honestly fit perfectly.

As for the cockroaches, I think Richard Horvitz would’ve been a perfect Joey. Why? Two words: Invader Zim. Marky and Dee Dee though, I’m not entirely sure though. I actually did something like this on a website called ”MyCast” and a few people suggested S. Scott Bullock and Jason Marsden for Dee Dee (the former I’m only really familiar with because he voiced Dash Baxter in Danny Phantom) and Scott Melville for Marky. Maybe their voices would fit, but I’m not sure.

Jack I could maybe see being voiced by Jim Cummings. I feel like his voice fits perfectly for a short-tempered and easily annoyed character like Jack. His appearance alone makes me think Cummings’ voice would work well on him for some reason. I’m not sure why, it just does.

As for the other characters, some suggestions given to me on that MyCast thing I mentioned earlier were Grey DeLisle as Monica and Jessica DiCicco as Olivia. Maybe those could work (admittedly, I just started watching the show last year, and I still have yet to see Olivia appear in an episode, so maybe once I know more about her, I’ll make up my mind on who her voice actress would be).

A Different Beast Entirely by DrawToonzStudios

I know I posted something like this not too long ago, but I stumbled across a fanart of Kiff with a different anime character, and I liked the artstyle, so I commissioned that use to make their own version of Kiff with Legoshi (This is probably the last time I’ll post Legoshi with Kiff on this sub).

To those curious as to who Kiff is, she’s a squirrel who is the main character of a Disney Cartoon of the same name. I find it to be a cute and underrated show that doesn’t get talked about much because people would rather spend the entire day watching The Owl House or Amphibia than give any of their time, no matter how small, to any other Modern Disney Cartoon.

I know I’m late, but how many people do you think said “Stephen would’ve hated this”?

Knowing the SpongeBob fanbase, I know for a fact that when this One Piece McDonald’s collab was announced, there was at least a few people who just had to pull out the whole “Stephen Hillenburg would’ve hated this, Stephen Hillenburg is rolling in his grave right now” BS.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Please, for the love of God, DO NOT use Stephen Hillenburg’s death as a crutch to hate on any of the new SpongeBob stuff. If you don’t like the newer episodes, movies, spinoffs, etc., that’s fine, but leave Hillenburg out of it. Just let the man rest.

Odd’s voice actor commented on one of my videos!

I didn’t even know this until earlier today, but a few months ago, I made a “Same Voice Actor” video with Odd and Sam from Zip Zip, who are both voiced by Matthew Géczy. And a while later, I got a comment telling me some of the other roles Matthew has done, and about 1 month ago, Matthew Géczy himself actually responded to that comment, something I never thought I’d ever see (let alone one month after I got the comment).

And before anyone says it’s a fake imposter channel or a bot, I checked, and it’s not. It has official uploads from interviews and commercials with Matthew. And let’s be real, it it actually WAS a fake channel, I’m pretty sure the ”About” section would say the channel was created in July 2026, but no, the channel was created in October 2013, 13 years ago. So yes, I’m 99% sure that this is in fact Matthew Géczy’s official YouTube Channel.

I don’t want to act like those kids on YouTube who edit their comments to say “MOM I’M FAMOUS” just because they got 12 likes on a Comment, but I honestly find it really crazy the fact that a voice actor from one of my favorite shows actually commented on one of my videos (or in this case, replied to a comment). It’s actually really cool.

Was there ever a Japanese Dub?

I’ve seen people say there was, I’ve seen wiki fandom articles of Japanese Voice articles that list Danny Phantom characters as characters they’ve previously voiced (for example, on Kenta Miyake’s article on the Pokémon wiki, it lists previous characters he’s voiced, with Vlad being one of them). Yet despite that, there’s no article of a Danny Phantom Japanese Dub on the Dubbing Database wiki, I can’t find any clips of it, nothing. All I know about it is apparently Daisuke Namikawa voiced Danny, Kenta Miyake voiced Vlad, and Megumi Hayashibara voiced Sam and Valerie. But other than that, I know nothing about the Japanese Dub. Did it even exist? Is it lost media? I’d really like to know more about it.

Gumball Phantom

I commissioned this artist to make this artwork of the Wattersons cosplaying as the three main characters of Danny Phantom (Gumball is Danny, Darwin is Tucker, Anais is Sam). I think it turned out pretty good.
