I'm not trying to disrespect David Kaufman or anything, this is just something I made for fun.
Before anyone says Johnny's voice sounds too high-pitched, he usually does deeper voices than the one featured in this video. I feel if he did his Nathan Adams voice with deeper pitch, he could work as Danny. Same could maybe apply to the the other two VAs featured in this video too.
I refuse to believe this was written into the script. There is no way someone actually wrote this into the movie. Steve Zahn had to have came up with this entire moment himself and just went off script, but the filmmakers loved it so much that they kept it in. When Greg and Rodrick have those confused looks on their faces, it’s not acting; it’s genuine confusion from their actors.
I have yet to come across a single video with a title akin to “The Rise & Fall of SpongeBob SquarePants” that isn’t exactly like this.

It’s being PRODUCED by them, not made. The movie is being made by Moonbug Studios, the studio behind the YouTube Series but with the Dreamworks IP slapped onto it. This is yet another situation where people see a certain thing, and without doing any simple amount of research or looking deeper into it, they just assume it’s the opposite thing. Look, I’m not happy that a Cocomelon Movie is being made either, but I hate that a lot of people are putting the blame on Dreamworks even though they’re barely involved with it at all.
I’ve been obsessed with Ollie & Scoops lately, and I just so happen to be an employee at Subway. So I decided to make the “Bacon Bacon Bacon Bacon Pizza” from the Pilot Episode as my Employee Free Meal (I had to pay for the extra bacon, of course).

For those who don’t understand the context, this is a scene from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure where Steely Dan uses Jotaro as a bridge to get to the other side of a dam. Steely Dan is voiced by Daisuke Kishio (Jet’s Japanese VA) while Jotaro is voiced by Daisuke Ono (Silver’s Japanese VA).
There’s only 10 Episodes right now (9 if you don’t count Episode 4, which is literally just a Theme Song LOL), there’s a lot of big names (such as Eric Bauza, Grey DeLisle, and even f*cking VivziePop is a voice actor for the show (and to all you Hellaverse haters out there, don’t worry, she isn’t a writer for the show, just a voice actress), the episodes aren’t too long, and it has a bit of a 90’s Nickelodeon vibe to it (funny considering this show was pitched to Nickelodeon but they ended up rejecting it). So yeah, if you’re looking for something short and simple yet fun and enjoyable, I’d say go check this show out.
I remember when I was watching Code: Earth with my brother, he was excited that Jim could potentially become part of the team, but was bummed out when his memory got erased only one episode later. I think it would’ve been interesting to see an out of shape, middle aged man try to fight a computer virus alongside a bunch of kid, but it unfortunately never happened. Maybe they could do it in the new sequel series.
I don’t know if I’ve said this already, but Teacher Of The Year is my all-time favorite Danny Phantom episode. I was rewatching it today, and I noticed a little something strange. When Mr. Lancer catches Danny playing Doomed instead of studying for the makeup test, we see him standing next to Danny, and you can clearly see Danny’s eyes are looking off to the side and at Lancer. But in the very next shot when we get a front-facing shot of Danny, his eyes are now facing forward, as if Lancer was standing right in front of him, even though in the previous shot, he was standing to the side of him.
This doesn’t ruin the episode for me or anything, it’s just something interesting I thought I’d point out.
If either Nao Takamori is ever unavailable or if Blaze ever makes it into the SCU, I think Tomori would be a good choice to provide Blaze’s Japanese voice.
Voice Clips: Chainsaw Man (I would’ve used clips from the Reze Arc movie that came out recently, but I couldn’t find any island to sail to for it; wink wink)
