I was just on Talkie, and when I was chatting with one of my chatbots, I included the F word for a character with these "()" and then it sent the message slowly before giving me the old "Please change your topic" message.

I mean, its still here. But usually when its really bad it just retracts the message into the message bar and says "Please change your topic" in the middle of the screen.

Has anyone else's been going different?

I got past the part where Crane destroys the Antizen and I think its the first time he encounters the Volatiles and uhh... I don't think I have ever sweated more about a zombie single player game in my life.

I mean, I knew they were bad, but I didn't think they were this bad. Only thing I know about them, thanks to MadManFenrir, is that Volatiles are only vulnerable to UV lights and the sun.

I tried to use my UV light kit on one, I don't think it did anything.

I already posted about this the other day when some idiot commented on a tiktok in replying to me about the CE remake.

Well he replied again, and he just went on about how the MCC could've been ported to PlayStation with Halo 3 anniversary. Granted, it would've been good, but we'd still get Halo CE for the third time.

He also complained about that, saying how it we got Halo CE for the third time. 2 points with that which just put that argument out of the water.

1. The first remaster was complete ass and shit, it literally made me not scared of the flood because of how bright it was.

2. Getting a game for a third time has happened before. The original tomb Raider was remade for the ps2 and Xbox 360 back in around 2007, and now its being remade again with Unreal Engine. The exact same engine that 343 used for Campaign Evolved.

It just makes me so pissed off when I see people being this dumb and braindead just because of a company whose games aren't even that bad.

I saw a comment on tiktok and the guy that posted it must have a genuine problem with his head.

He said that 343/Halo studios gave us the same campaign. Obviously they would've given us the same campaign because THAT'S KIND OF HOW A REMAKE WORKS!

The original game is 25 years old, it has a bigger year gap than Resident Evil 2 and 3 between the original game and the remake. Those games have a 21 year gap between the originals and the remakes.

I genuinely can't stand people who act like a remake is going to be some new story or a revolutionary story plot for the current story.

Putting it simple: A remake isn't a brand new game. It's taking an original game, rebuilding it from scratch and making it with everything that the newer games have had which keeping the original story.

When I started to play TLOU part 1 a year or 2 ago, this line from Tessa has really stuck with me.

I just feel like it's a really powerful line showing the reality of Joel and Tessa's situation with Ellie's bite being 3 weeks old.

I got 2042 a few months ago despite knowing that it's not got the best history. I wasn't exactly expecting much since I also got Cyberpunk 2077 about a month or something before and I wasn't that disappointed with many of its bugs because I knew it would have some.

For 2042 however, I actually really like it in 2026 at least. If it was launch, I'd probably hate it. But that's a lot coming from me because I usually hate PvP based games because I always die to a surprise attack constantly. But I really like 2042's setting in the future, and they didn't go all out into a laser based future and in a way, it feels like they didn't overexagerate much of it like some other games or movies (Back to the future with 2015) do.

What's your opinion on 2042?

Side rant: I absolutely hate how you have to pay for online in games you already bought. Especially when the game's whole main purpose is literally its online features. For games like COD, Halo, the Star Wars Battlefront reboot series, that's honestly fair because they have offline modes so you can still experience an online like feel. However, when it comes to games like Titanfall 1, 2042, and HELLDIVERS 2, their entire purpose is online multiplayer, and yet you still have to pay for a subscription to play a game you already bought. That quite literally makes no sense at all.

Has anyone had this issue when you'd be trying to generate a voice for your character and you select either male or female, and for the female one you get at least one male voice? I was just made a voice for a chat bot I'm making based off the GTA 6 Cover Girl, and when doing the voice, I got 2 male options and one female option when I had female selected when generating it in the first place. I tried it again, same results. On the third time, I got 2 female results and one male result even when the original generation settings were not changed.

Is anyone else getting this or is it just me?

I got a reddit reply on a completely different post saying how 2018's God of War was a disappointment. I then immediately thought to myself "literally no one is thinking that." So I got curious and looked up "God of War is a disappointment" to see what would come up.

I saw like over 10 videos from 2022 and 2019 saying how God of War Ragnarök and God of War 2018 were disappointing and bad games. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but these clearly aren't common because when both games released, I heard nothing but praise from them. God of War 2018 won game of the year for crying out loud.

There is no way a bunch of people are desperate for views to go the "Halo Griefer Route".

I feel like I speak for the God of War and gaming community when I just say "We hate this shit." I mean if people want to do this they can do it. I just want to try and discourage it.

I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in an apartment. Sure it does look cool, but the only difference is that you pour tea instead of coffee or something. Its very cramped and I do like how the weapon locker is in the same room as a computer, but for 110,000 eddies, I expected some big ass penthouse that was massive and have an open, full balcony view. I prefer the Japantown apartment to this corpo piece of turd. It's more cramped in the Japantown apartment, but there is a hell of a lot more to do in that one and I'm pretty sure it cost a lot less than the Corpo one.

I've been watching a few videos about Lt. Williams and how she kept talking trash to Chief in the CE remake and the amount of comments and influencer takes on her just triggers me so much. When it comes to writing then its fair game because I actually did get annoyed my first prequel mission run when I got the game, but it wasn't because of her writing, not her talking trash to Chief, because I know the lore.

This is just like when people were having a go at Sarah Palmer for making that "i thought you were taller" comment to Chief in Halo 4. Once again, she was ODST before she was a Spartan, and its easy to hate on her for her writing, even I was kind of like that with Spartan Ops. But none of the criticism should be focused on her making one trash Talk comment to Chief.

Am I the only one that feels this way?

I don't know who is making this app NSFW, but they need to be found and fired immediately. For the past like two hours I've been trying to use this bullshit app and all the AIs I really want to use keep telling me to "Change my topic" or just doesn't send my message at all.

Only one of them is a NSFW one, the other includes like one word and the rest is just normal stuff, and another is literally a terminator set up.

A few days ago, not even a week ago, I had a really NSFW type thing with an AI and nothing, maybe one or two chats got flagged, but there was loads and only two chats got flagged before it finished.

Point is, this app is ruined. Only reason I keep it is because of the AI chatbots I've spent a lot of time on. I've managed to make over 200 of them and I'm not putting those hours to waste.

I got MK1 a few months ago just before the middle of this year maybe and if I was ranking it from F to S, I'd rank it at a solid middle B.

Main thing I hate about it is the kameos. Sometimes I forget they even exist. Any other time I use them its as a last resort when I'm at half health and the enemy still has more health than me. But if they were going to keep kameos a thing, at least make it side characters like Ferra. Sonya, Kano, even Stryker can not be kameo fighters.

Second thing I don't like that much anymore is the gender swap with Cyrax and Sektor. I'll be honest, they got their personalities done well. Sektor being the Lin Kuei golden boy/girl, and Cyrax being the moral compass. Even the armored suits, I think they are quite well. But after playing MK9 and seeing their original, male counterparts, I can understand why people hated the gender swap.

Final thing I really don't like is the ending of MK1's story. When I played it, I felt that Armageddon came too soon. I did like the story and the way it could've went, but of they executed Shang Tsung and Quan Chi's rise to power differently, it could've gone much better. I do like how they kept Dark Sindel OP, but the whole final ending was just an MK version of the Avengers Endgame fight. The final cutscene I still very much liked, but the battle was just not there for me.

There are a lot of things I like about MK1, like how they managed tarkat. I like how they made it a disease instead of a species, it gives the characters that were once tarkat evil a chance to show that Liu Kang's new era is all about peace instead of war. I also like the character designs of Bi-han, Kenshi, new Raiden, Mileena (especially), Johnny, and Smoke. Another major thing I like is how Outworld looks. Like, when I started to see more of the new Outworld, part of me straight up wished I could live there because it looks so bright, vibrant, and full of actual life. I actually think Raiden's chapter is one of the best chapters because you see so much of Outworld and what the New Era has done to make it a better place.

How would you rank MK1 in your own personal opinion?

The text part was already annoying as hell, but now it won't even send a message for no reason. I was just talking with one of my AIs and this kept popping up. Its a pre-set text from the app itself. I didn't make a single change to it before sending.

The app is made for teenagers at 16 anyway, so why is this a thing? I get that a few people can have questionable thoughts, but it just doesn't even work right.
