Shoddy healthcare
Received meds with poor inscription of how to take them. I had to text the health provider and in the meantime pacify with Pi Ai.
I hate how health is hard to access here.

Hear me out lol.. may be a rant with a couple of questions
35F single here, Zimbabwean as well but at this point more Malawian as ive been here for eons.
So yeah, today I'm feeling unwell and had to take some downtime.
Looking for some chill people to chat with. Possibly a couple of whatsapp groups or telegram and discord.
No big problems really. Just a sick lady getting better and feeling goofy lol.

35F feeling swamped
Been regretting being super resilient and not putting proper boundaries. Now I feel super isolated. Not sure if it's allowed but a DM or reply here would go a long way.
