TTA: When to count Day 1 if your period "started" and then stopped

I always have spotting about a week before Day 1, but this time the spotting was actually quite heavy and I almost tracked it as Day 1 even though it was very very early. The spotting went back to extremely light for the next couple days. Now I'm wondering how to track this cycle.

Edit: the heavy "spotting" was just a 1 time thing on CD21. It was not heavy the entire day, just a moment.

Seeking products to use after a bleach and tone on curly hair

I am new to haircare, very low maintence, but decided to lighten my hair to a light neutral blonde. I am trying to focus on hydration and avoid alcohol and sulfates. I would appreciate reccomendations on any of the following:

  1. Bond Repair

  2. Co-wash, Shampoo and conditioner: I mostly need to know what shampoo and conditioner to use, that will be color safe, and also good for curly hair. (Also, do I need a purple shampoo?)

  3. Leave in conditioner

  4. Heat protectant

  5. Curl cream that is not alcohol based

I was looking at Curlsmith products. I see they have co wash, shampoo, conditioner, and salve. Are those recommended for curly hair after bleach?

Should I cancel my balayage appointment?

I have an appointment for balayage highlights, avoiding the roots, with open air clay bleach. I have never been to a salon before and had no idea how to prepare for the appointment. I did ask, but they said nothing.

The appointment is tomorrow and today I washed with Selsun Blue. Only after did I see online that that is not recommended. I already have frizzy dry hair and I'm worried the bleach will damage or severly alter my curl pattern.

I also see online that selsun blue can cause an uneven lift with the bleach or affect the toner. Can a chelating shampoo prevent that?

I'm not sure if this is not a problem at all or if I made a rookie mistake.

Floor is peeling up in the heatwave

Built my van 6 years ago so I don't remember the exact product used, but I believe it was either 3M 77 or 90 spray adhesive under the flooring.

Well since it has been 95+ all week in direct sun while the van is being unused (no air flow or AC all week), the floor has now started to peel up. I don't have time to fix it before my next trip but my question is- is it dangerous to breathe in terms of VOCs, even after 6 years?

How to clean hard water/soap scum stains?

I am not even sure what the surface of the counter is made of, if someone can help identify.

These stains do not come up fully. I have tried rubbing alcohol only, as I dont know what else is safe to use on this type of stone

Is Cocktail Attire an OK choice for this wedding?

Planning a very small wedding and trying to determine if Cocktail Attire would be an OK choice for this time/venue.

It is indoors in a small lounge/event center. There is not a meal, instead an array of refreshments, a dessert bar, cocktails/mocktails, and other beverages at the bar. The entire ceremony/reception is from 1pm-4pm.

Feels odd having RSVP instructions and dress code for such a small wedding

I already made and received the invites. They have a QR code for RSVP and dress code Cocktail attire. It's only 20 guests. Is this still normal, am I overthinking? I guess I feel cringy?

Is it too soon to plant?

I started seeds really early this year and already potted up once or twice. I want to get them in the ground as soon as possible as they are outgrowing their pots.

Should I wait until Memorial Day for tomatoes and peppers? If so, can I still plant my other things today, like celery, squashes, pumpkin, watermelon, and herbs? Or is the 44 degree night bad for everything?
