Hi! I have this lamp that was meant to be LED Chargable, but the wires are torn and charger doesn’t work. The acrylic layer at the base of the head also broke. Is there any way to get a light in here? Do you know anyone who knows how to do this type of thing?
It’s happened to a few of my varieties this year and I am not sure why! It’s only the odd few in each plant?
EDIT: thanks yall, mystery solved. Blossom end rot. I’m going to my bed once every two days right now but the heat wave has meant it’s swinging between deep watering and high temperatures.
Does anyone have advice for how to avoid this during the heatwave?
I have this water bottle with a rubber stopper that was unused for about two years, it smelled a bit weird, and there were some spots on the wrapper so I soaked it in vinegar and boiling water and it all smells fine but the marks are still there. Is it safe to use?

I just moved into a new flat and have been making lots of noise during the day unpacking and sorting things. I’m also a bit of a night owl, very clumsy, and getting used to the space, so I’ve knocked heavy things over multiple times at like midnight. I don’t know if, after the unpacking is done, I go down to apologize, or if I wait to see if they come talk to me. Hi all- I just moved into a flat and the fridge/freezer’s compressor is making this really annoying hum that is driving me a bit mad. It’s very hot tot he touch, and the side of the fridge is also warm. It’s a small amica model. I’m very noise sensitive and would appreciate any help!

I’m looking for a good home speaker for music. I’m moving into my own place and I’m really excited about being able to listen to music out loud! I don’t have a massive budget because the move is really expensive, but I really just have an old Bluetooth speaker that’s pretty bad. I’m looking for something nice for the home, maybe something that might also be a bit pretty, for music purposes only. I want it to have Bluetooth connectivity, but I don’t mind if it plugs into the wall. I’m not sure what the difference is between normal speakers and bookshelf speakers and everything else so any guidance is appreciated!

Hey all- I’m looking for a service that will collect my belongings from my flat, store it for my two week tenancy gap, and then redeliver it. I can’t help with lifting boxes so is need the service to also provide that. The quotes I’ve gotten so far are 700+ and I’m not sure if that’s the actual going rate. If I’m gonna be spending a lot, I want to be sure I’m using a reliable service. But I’d ofc prefer something less pricy!
I’m currently flat hunting for a one bed in East London, and I’ve noticed that so few new apartments are being posted. I thought summer was meant to be a really busy period. Someone said that the stock has dropped because of the renters rights act… does anyone have any clue when the market might start picking up again? My tenancy ends in July but I have a few places I can stay until September if that might be a better time to find a nice spot. What do y’all think?
