Will EU backers have to pay additional VAT and the 3 euro tax for the Cardputer Zero?

It's a bit early to be asking, but with the new crazy EU rules, they'll be rolling out to add another 2 euro tax come November. And the VAT gets applied additionally, so we have to pay VAT on the entire thing.

And I also added a cap addon. Does that count as another separate 3 euro charge?

What if they remade The Mis-Edventures and added new content?

Look, I know this is a pipe dream, since the series isn't even aired anymore. But just imagine if they did it?

I was originally ten when I first played the Mis-Edventures. And to this day, I still absolutely love it. Sure, it wasn't perfect. But it actually was a good game and a fun time. I shit you not, I still sometimes have dreams about playing a version that never existed before. Like a vision from a parallel earth.

I'd unironically back it on Kickstarter. In a heartbeat. I just really want it to happen. And from all of the stupid shit Cartoon Network's ever done, this wouldn't even make the top 100, since I think it's a great idea.

Can't we just repeal the 3 euro tax?

Crazy idea, I know. But paying 3 euro on every single category is too much.

And and I hate to say this but I couldn't give more of a shit if the guys working in customs are flooded with orders. It's your job and I don't even believe it has any real value.

So why don't we just repeal the tax?

You're going to need a lot of money saved up for medical expenses.

Your body could literally fail at any time, outside of your control. And as time passes. As you age, you'll be less likely to take care of yourself, so you'll need to pay someone to do that.

And this is coming from a soon to graduate medical student who has his own health issues. I've seen the hospital system from the inside. Aside from the medical costs, you'll almost always need someone to bring you stuff from the outside. Diapers, some more expensive meds that they don't have in the hospital, pajamas, etc. And after your stay, if you've had a surgery, you'll need someone to take care of you afterwards.

Now, normal people, they've got friends and family. But us? We're on our own. And that means paying for someone to barely take care of you while you recover. It's a goddamn racket, where you'll be bled dry because you don't have anyone.

I used to think I was suicidal. But when I developed an inguinal hernia, suddenly, I didn't want to die. I'm literally collapsing mentally, because I physically can't take time off or else I'll have to graduate next year instead of a few months. And I can't afford the surgery or the costs. And I'm just stuck with a constant pain above my right testicle, reminding me of how much I fucked up in my life.

I'm going insane. I fucking hate god. And at the moment, I hate absolutely everyone.

Don't make the same mistakes I did. Keep saving money. Don't stop saving.

I made a compact case for the OG Cardputer.

It's still a work in progress. It's designed around protecting the screen while maintaining a slim fit.

I originally designed another case - the Cardputer Protector Case. It was a modified version of Hippazoid's case. In truth, I always found it a bit bulky.

When the Cardputer Zero comes out, I plan on making the same style case for it as well. I'd make a version for the ADV, but I never got one so I can't test it properly.

I've never seen this red stuff before on a gold bar.

It's like a red smudge. I checked the plastic. It's on the bar itself.

Around three months ago, Tavex sent me a silver coin with severe spotting. And they ended up replacing it.

And now this. Does it affect the selling price?

Is filament supposed to ship separately from other products?

I ordered the Elegoo Mini Air purifiers and three rolls of PLA+.

I just got my order in. It was just the purifiers. No filament.

Should I write a support ticket? It says my order has been fulfilled.

I made a case for the Xiao Esp32 Cam

Printed it out of PETG. A few days of iterating later and it's done.

The camera itself is aligned and pinned in place by two M3 10mm screws.

Both heat sinks are installed. I tested it for about 20 minutes of continuous streaming and the board was fine.

It's got four mounting holes for M3 screws on the bottom. And the pins are open, in case you ever need to solder them.

When people interact with us, it feels like we're sucking the joy out of life for them.

Like yeah, you were forced to interact with us due to your job. Suck it up you damn pansies.

People act like we have leprosy. Every second is like we're personally assaulting their soul.

And my personal message to these people? Fuck you.

Is Luis weaker compared to Niko and Johnny?

I just started The Ballad of Gay Tony and I decided to pick a firefight with some cops. My health tanked down to near zero.

I also feel like his running speed is lower.

They don't sell well, because they're legitimately boring when played straight. And people that aren't into the genre won't experiment.

Take Deus Ex for example. It's an intricate game, full of different play styles and techniques. But if you've never been exposed to it before, it feels like a clunky game with horrible stealth and combat. The first question back in the forums was "Why does the crossbow tranq cause enemies to panic?". Try explaining that you need a Master level pistol skill plus a headshot so that the tranq bolts instantly incapacitate enemies.

Or the sheer fact that if you try shooting every enemy, you'll run out of ammo in the first five minutes.

Now you and I, we've done this before. We know all of the routes. We know the mechanics. How to maximize our fun. But did you ever realize, it probably took you some time after your first playthrough to really dig into the mechanics and maps?

Yeah. That's right. Most immersive sims get better with each playthrough. Which is a horrible business practice for most of the population. People buy and discard games constantly. And guess what? Reviewers, friends, if they don't go through the whole song and dance, they won't recommend the game.

Prey (2017) is a great example. When I first played it back when it came out, I absolutely hated it. Everything felt floaty. Clunky. I personally thought having to use the glue gun was a terrible choice. And I didn't even beat the game for months after I bought it. But I kept at it. Restarting the game a few times. And it clicked. I was actually having fun. I beat the game. And then I beat it again. And again. Even beat it on Nightmare. The more I interacted with the world, the more I understood it.

But that's too much of an investment in one game. Or any immersive sim, really. And objectively, I think most people wouldn't understand them even if you gave out free demos.

In a really fucked up way, I think immersive sims are the textbooks of video games. You really need to read it a few times for everything to make sense. And most people despise reading something once, let alone over and over again.
