How do I scroll through this description of the features below?

Page Up/Down, ↑, ↓, the mouse wheel, or an attempt to move the cursor, just scroll through the selected list, not the description.

I'm a beginner, I've only been playing for a couple of years.

PS: I don't like the direction of the updates, which are related to mouse control instead of keyboard...

And I'm not asking about minor mechanics, like prosthetics in Sekiro, but about an essential part of the gameplay.

Cogmind, Caves of Qud (mutation build), Cataclysm(?)

I began to notice that I quite often began to quit games when there was very little left before the finals. Sometimes it's one chapter, the last couple of levels, or just 1-2 hours of play.

It's just that at some point, "I'm so tired of this game that I'm not interested in its ending" and delete it. Sometimes I think I should have finished the game, but I just don't feel like it.

From what I've seen, this game hasn't been updated in quite some time, and it's not a given that there will be any major updates. Currently, there's a hack using HV, but will there be a full-fledged hack? The game isn't exactly popular, but it's not exactly unknown either.

I'm a little confused.

I need to find the Elder in the Black Forest. I've already found a stone that points me to an altar far to the west. I've already searched a bunch of tombs, killed several trolls, but haven't found another stone or altar.

Is there a chance to find an altar somewhere in the forest east of the start, or do I have a long voyage to the west ahead of me?
