someone help me with weightloss(14f turning 15 in one month)
hi yall 14f here i really need some help to loose weight i only have till august(yes ik how unrealistic that sounds) kyun kai ios kai baad school hai im 5'2 i dont exactly know my weight but im pretty sure its zayda cus it litr sticks out anyways pls dont tell me "ur 14 u have lots of time, hormonal changes" blah blah
js tell me what do i do i mean i do have a workout plan i js dont follow it i sit on social media all day and i really want that to change so someone give me motivation i sit on the sofa all day i have no physical activity in my day to day daily life so can someone please like give me advice or smth esp the ones who go to the gym
and i would say i have a big chest for my age and ik u cant target fat loss but i want to make my chest smaller aswell idk how but someone tell me how.
