new to vibecoding please help

Hello everyone, I'm currently working on my first app, i'm sure you have seen many but it's an AI model/assistant like J.A.R.V.I.S from iron-man. I was making it mainly for personal use, but I ended up playing around and adding a billing option. After talking to a couple people I realized I could actually launch and sell ($10/month am i bugging?) I need major help

  1. my biggest concern: SECURITY
How do I make sure my app is secured, i've heard much about this online, how people can't stress it enough, and I don't want to mess it up. (Should I pay someone?)

  2. Codex practically did the whole thing
Codex did all the coding, what should I review/check in order to make sure it is alright. I'm not too good at coding but I can atleast offer to review all the code and make sure it's okay.

  3. What should my checklist look like?
I want to know what I need to have done in order to have a somewhat decent launch, what is absolutely necessary no buts no nothing.

  4. Overall help

If anyones willing to help me out and give me some pieces of advice i would be more than happy.

How One Local Business Stopped Missing Calls and Booked More Jobs With an AI Receptionist

A local business owner was spending thousands every month on marketing, but there was one problem: they weren't answering every call.

Customers would call after hours, during lunch, while employees were busy, or when everyone was out on jobs. Every missed call was a potential customer going to a competitor.

Instead of hiring another receptionist, they implemented an AI receptionist that answered every call 24/7, qualified leads, answered common questions, and captured customer information automatically.

This is the exact workflow. Copy it if you're tired of losing leads because nobody picks up the phone.

🤖 1. Forward every incoming call to an AI receptionist. It answers instantly, 24/7, so no lead ever reaches voicemail.

🧠 2. Train the AI on your business. Give it your services, pricing, FAQs, locations, hours, and policies so it sounds like a knowledgeable employee.

📋 3. Qualify every caller. The AI asks the right questions, collects names, phone numbers, emails, and details about the job before sending the lead to your team.

📅 4. Book appointments automatically. Connect your calendar so customers can schedule without waiting for someone to call them back.

📲 5. Instantly notify your team. Every call is summarized and sent by text or email, so your staff knows exactly who called and what they need.

🌙 6. Never miss after-hours opportunities. Nights, weekends, and holidays become revenue instead of missed business.

The result is simple: every marketing dollar works harder because every lead gets answered immediately. Instead of paying for calls that go to voicemail, every customer gets a professional experience, your team spends less time on the phone, and more time closing jobs.

The AI receptionist doesn't replace your business—it makes sure your business never misses an opportunity.

[FOR HIRE] AI Receptionist Service, Never miss a call again: $500/month || $0.68/hr

I build and manage AI receptionists for small businesses that are losing leads to voicemail.

Last month one of my clients — a contractor — had 81 calls answered that he would have missed while on the job. Every one of those was a potential job.

The AI answers instantly, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment. 24/7, 365 days a year. No staff, no sick days, no missed calls.

What you get:

  • 24/7 call answering
  • Lead qualification
  • Appointment booking
  • Full setup included

Pricing: $500/month flat or $0.68/hr — your choice.

Best for: contractors, clinics, salons, law firms, real estate agents — anyone where a missed call means lost revenue.

DM me and I'll show you exactly how it works.

Can someone help me come up with a Cold Email Campaign

Hey guys, I'm currently running an AI Agency. As a student, I don't really have much time to do a lot of things, which one of the biggest things is cold outreach. I need help sending some automatic, or manual cold emails, but I don't really know where to start. Apollo hasn't gotten me a SINGLE response, none of my other manually written cold emails have gotten me anywhere ( Haven't really sent much ) I just thought I would ask around in this sub because here is where you guys know best.

If anybody has ANY ideas, hit me with them, keep in mind that I don't have much time, but since school is ending I will have the time to work. Other than that I don't have a lot of capital, let me know.

I WANT TO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS A FREE AI RECEPTIONIST, IF YOU LIKE IT, YOU PAY, IF YOU DON'T, BLOCK ME!

I’m building an AI receptionist service for local businesses and wanted to get honest feedback from other founders/builders.

The idea is simple:

A lot of small businesses miss calls when they’re busy, closed, helping customers, or away from the phone. Those missed calls can turn into lost leads, missed appointments, and customers calling competitors. So I built a live AI receptionist demo that can answer calls, collect customer info, answer basic questions, book appointments, and send the business owner a call summary afterward.

You can call and test the demo here: 862-344-1877

Try asking questions, pretending to book an appointment, or testing how it handles different situations. The business model is a monthly service for local businesses. Base pricing is $499/month.

The main comparison I’m testing is: A human receptionist at $20/hour for 40 hours/week costs around $3,200/month before taxes, benefits, training, sick days, etc. An AI receptionist at $499/month gives 24/7 coverage and comes out to around $0.68/hour.

I’m not saying AI replaces every human receptionist. A real person is still better for complex situations, emotional judgment, and in-person tasks. But for basic call answering, lead capture, FAQs, appointment booking, overflow calls, and after-hours coverage, I think this could be valuable.

I’m mainly targeting local businesses like gyms, med spas, salons, contractors, clinics, and service businesses where missed calls directly cost money.

Would love feedback on:

Would small businesses trust this?
Is $499/month reasonable if it captures missed leads?
What objections would stop a business owner from using it?
What would make the demo more convincing?

Open to brutal feedback.

Looking for 3 Businesses to test my product.

Hey everyone,

I run a small AI automation agency and I’m looking for 3 local businesses that want to test an AI receptionist system.

The idea is simple:

Most businesses lose leads when they miss calls, reply too slowly, or have no one available after hours. My AI receptionist can help by:

  • Answering missed calls
  • Responding after hours
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering basic customer questions
  • Capturing lead info
  • Sending follow-up messages
  • Routing serious inquiries to the owner/team

This is mainly for appointment-based businesses like:

  • Dentists
  • Med spas
  • Chiropractors
  • Gyms
  • Salons
  • HVAC/plumbing/roofing companies
  • Law firms
  • Real estate agents
  • Clinics
  • Local service businesses

I’m not trying to pitch some massive enterprise software. I’m looking for a few real businesses to test it with, get feedback, and hopefully help them stop losing leads.

I can set up a quick demo so you can hear how it works.

If you own a local business or know someone who does, comment or DM me with what type of business it is.

Happy to show a demo.

Fitness business owners: are missed calls costing you new members?

I’ve been building an AI receptionist for local businesses, and I’m curious how useful this would be specifically for gyms, personal trainers, and fitness studios.

A lot of fitness leads are impulsive.

Someone searches “personal trainer near me” or “gym near me,” calls a few places, and usually goes with whoever responds first.

But if the owner is training a client, running a class, cleaning equipment, or away from the desk, that call gets missed.

The math is what got me interested:

A receptionist at $20/hour for 40 hours/week costs about $3,200/month.

An AI receptionist at $500/month works 24/7, which comes out to around $0.68/hour.

It can:

Answer calls when you’re training clients
Collect name, goal, budget, and availability
Answer basic questions about memberships/packages
Book consults or trial sessions
Send follow-up texts
Route urgent calls to the owner
Log leads so they don’t get forgotten

I’m not saying it replaces a human front desk person completely.

But for smaller gyms, solo trainers, and boutique fitness studios, I think the bigger problem is simple:

Leads call when you’re busy, and they don’t wait.

If one missed call could have turned into a $150/month member, a $300 training package, or a $1,000+ coaching client, then catching just a few extra calls could make the system pay for itself.

Curious from fitness business owners:

Would you trust an AI receptionist to answer calls and book consults if it was trained on your services, pricing, schedule, FAQs, and brand voice?

What would make you comfortable or uncomfortable using it?

I Built an AI Receptionist/Assistant for Local Businesses... Would You Use It?

I’m a student and founder of Elite Growth & Social Media, and I recently built an AI phone receptionist system for local businesses.

The idea is simple: many service businesses lose money because they miss calls when staff are busy, on another job, closed for the day, or unable to answer fast enough.

My AI receptionist can:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Handle common FAQs
  • Capture customer information
  • Book appointments or consultations
  • Respond after-hours
  • Route serious inquiries to the business owner or team
  • Help make sure fewer leads fall through the cracks

I built this for businesses where a missed call can mean a missed job, missed booking, or missed client.

Some examples:

  • Plumbers
  • HVAC companies
  • Electricians
  • Roofers
  • Dental clinics
  • Med spas
  • Law firms
  • Real estate offices
  • Auto shops
  • Salons and barbershops
  • Home service companies

I’m not trying to replace good staff. I’m trying to help businesses cover the gaps: missed calls, after-hours inquiries, overflow calls, and repetitive questions.

Compared to hiring another receptionist or answering service, the goal is to make this much more affordable and easier to set up for small businesses.

For business owners or anyone working in service industries:

Would you trust an AI receptionist to handle first-level calls for your business?

What would your biggest concern be?

Would missed-call capture, after-hours answering, or appointment booking be the most useful feature for you?

I’m currently looking to speak with local business owners who want to test this or see how it could work for their company.

You can check it out here: elitegrowthsocialmedia.com

Or message me and I’ll show you a quick demo.

Tired of missing calls? (PS YOU'RE BURNING MONEY!)

Hello everyone, I've posted a couple times in the past couple months, but I wanted to offer a free trial to a handful of people, I personally think that people NEED my service, and in order to put my service out to the world, I wanted to hand out a couple of trials.

Here's the details

7 Days, completely free

Setup for your business in 24 hours

Would need to hop on an onboarding call, and then a call setting the call forwarding up.

Receive entire phone system.

then after 7 Days, if you like it, you get to keep it (assuming you paid lol). if you don't, we remove the system together, and go about our lives.

Interested? DM me, or send an email to admin@elitegrowthsocialmedia.com

If you want more information without having to talk to ANYBODY, www.elitegrowthsocialmedia.com
