What can a vegan eat in Sarajevo?

Hi folks. In a week I'll be arriving in Sarajevo and I'll stay there for a week. I have agreed to participate in this trip back in november, when I wasn't vegan. After a lot of thinking I decided that I wanted to be vegan about at the start of this month, august.
I know that in Bosnia it's tipical to consume a lot of meat and they even told us that in the meetings we had in the past months to prepare for this trip.
If possible I would prefer not to eat any meat and eat vegan/vegetarian if I have to.
Got any tips on what foods I should look for?
I doubt I'll be able to go to specific places as I am travelling with a group of over thirty people.

Books

Hi folks! I was wondering where to start reading about jazz, jazz fusion, jazz rock and adjacent genres - prog, for example. I'm interested in books about artists/bands, their history, their vision of their music and of music in general, the making of their masterpieces etc. Could you give me some tips?

Just finished South of the Border, West of the Sun. I am blown away.

This book is absolutely incredible! The finale, most importantly, is in my opinion a recall to modernism (epiphanies/moments of being). It is also full of symbolism.
I absolutely adore the psychological introspection of this wonderful but short novel. It builds in 200 pages what many can't build in a lifetime. The message is also incredible, I think it really resonates with my own life experience. I don't have much more to say, I am sorry. Perhaps more things will come as I reflect on the book. I just had to tell this!!!

Liszt: Organ Works

Why does no one talk about them? They are visionary.

I have found this recording of Liszt's organ works by Thomas Trotter and I am blown away. I still did not finish the whole album, and I am already writing this post. They're absolutely aethereal, they sound like they have come from the other side. They are death and uncertainty made into music, with life and order within them! These are something else. Liszt stretches the limits of ordinary organ music, creating incredibly interesting sonorities and moods. Give these a listen!!
