at the highest level of this sport, fights should be both competitive and fun to watch. in 25 minutes, this fight had one moment. ONE. in 25 minutes. the rest of this fight was just terrible.

Islam, despite his talent, doesn't seem like this elite finisher at WW like he did at LW. he also clearly seemed WAY more happy to stall it out this fight (which people should know, he is willing to do this to eek out a fight the moment it gets close)

Ian is never going to be the most exciting guy. He's long and rangey and doesn't take many risks at all. However, he seemed more actively interested in actually fighting. By the end of this fight, it was Ian who'd done the damage, and he himself looked unscathed.

now, let's be realistic here. This fight was NOT entertaining. Islam on fight night really seemed like he wanted to do anything but properly engage in the fight and instead try to stall it out. Without a bias, tell me what he did with any of his control time throughout this fight. if you say anything other than stall, you know you're lying to yourself.

there should be pressure on our high-level fighters, be it champs or contenders, to actually go out there and fight. fights like this should be a stain on the sport and we should be willing to call it out.

hey everybody, I've been a long time at home boxer but think it might finally be time to step it up a little bit and move on to doing actual boxing at a gym.

The only places around here that I know about that do boxing is PCYC out in town, and HMAA (which I did jiu jitsu at for many years), but HMAA is more muay Thai focused.

So if anyone here has some relative boxing experience or knows of a good spot, please tell me below, thank you all :)

hey guys. looking at getting work done by an artist in my state who's a long time artist, and greatly respected by the local tattooing community.

however, issues have arisen with me seeing some stencils/designs posted on his pages that are clearly AI generated. every tattoo I see him post however, look done by hand and some have the actual stencil where it shows so

it's got me worried because I don't want to just outright go "yeah I'm going somewhere else" because the way he does his work heavily suits the style I'm looking for, and I think maybe that some of these are leftovers from clients? he posted some ai stuff from a cancellation and recently posted an AI flash sheet. everything else is legit though.

how do I navigate this? I'm at a stage where I can change artist any time, as nothing is set in stone.

to preface, I'm literally just a fragrance enjoyer who went in and browsed, and when I caught on, I knew that people deserved better.

this place is very clearly fine selling fake fragrances to people who don't know much and just want to smell good.

they're selling bottles of MFK's baccarat rouge 540, which retails for upwards of 400 dollars for only 95 dollars on their shelves. alongside this, they're selling Creed fragrances such as Himilaya and Aventus for around 90 dollars. creed retails at around 500-600 dollars on average.

every single bottle of designer brand and niche fragrance in that place is most likely counterfeit.

even if they were selling legitimately, they'd be losing a LOT of money at their current prices, which furthers my point that this stuff is fake.

as for their Arabic fragrance range, I'm unsure of their legitimacy, so I won't speak on them.

but other hyped fragrances such as Jo Milano wildcats and moon are fake bottles, and the fake designer already broke my trust.

I plan on going and getting some samples and comparing them to the ones I've bought legitimately and making another post in the future.

if you're interested in fragrances, go to your local chemist warehouse and browse. They have some of the best prices and a decent range of fragrances for both masculine and feminine leaning scents. they also have more on their online store.

St. Cloud Perfumery out in town is also an official seller of many different designer brands, and the staff are absolutely lovely and willing to help you.

for Arabic fragrances and some niches (I believe they started stocking them recently), look up private blends online. they're great, have competitive prices and a huge range.

do NOT give these people business. They are doing nothing but trying to make a quick buck off you. YOU deserve better. Even if the people in the store are nice, whoever owns it clearly couldn't care less about you.

for the people that see this, spread it word of mouth. this needs to get to the wider public before it gets out of hand.

the current CAF system sucks. the classes are bland and can only compete with other CAFs, usually.

why they ever changed to the classes is so beyond me. they can't be used in ranked so why try to competitively balance them? let them be fun

alongside all the nee anims and blocks, you could truly make a fighter that feels unique, bringing us the best CAF system since UFC 3.

hey guys, powered off my quest 2 recently and now it's stuck in a bootloop. I had this happen a while back but I let it run until it powered down, then charged it again which seemed to fix it. this time however, upon charging its remained in bootloop and now seems to be worse, as its flashing the no battery sign despite being on charge.

the power button has been entirely unresponsive, I've tried holding the power button and volume down button but nothing.

is it the end of the line for my quest?

I once watched a video of this guy who just sits in his car and usually tells pretty funny chill stories while eating fast food.his videos average 12-20 minutes long, all his titles are just straight to the point and say what hes talking about, and were usually pretty crazy.

I know people may go "check your history" but i can't as i watched it while signed out, on console.

so I created a custom team (find it fun to do so) and their projected ratings were an 89 OVR with 89 OFF and 92 DEF, but in game the team overall is 93 with an offense rating of 92 and a defence rating of 96??

I wanted my team to be strong and defensively inclined but now they're the best defense in the league lol

is there a reason why this is?
