Subleasers?

Hey all, I'm interning at General Motors this summer. Ironically, I do not know how to drive (I'm from NYC...), so I'm trying to target places that are closer to Sloan Engineering. Is there anyone subletting? I'm good with having roommates and would split gas costs if we carpooled. Thank you!

For more information:

  • I'm AFAB and present that way
  • The room should be furnished
  • I'm pretty clean and keep to myself, but if I have roommates I'd love to get along!
  • I enjoy biking and swimming in my free time.

I've tried a lot of ADHD meds in the past, both stimulant and non-stimulant, but have had bad reactions to most of them. I was about to give up and just accept that I'd probably be working on adrenaline forever when I got on Focalin. I'd had bad reactions while on Ritalin so I was pretty wary.

But it works so well. It's been four months and while it's definitely not as noticeable as the first week, the habits I've built still surprise me. Recently I casually said, "Oh I can just do my essay earlier." It still astounds me that I can just say that. I can just do my homework when I want to (provided it's during the day) and still have time for hobbies. I have so much more time now, I feel so much happier because I'm not constantly stressed out begging myself to do things and grinding it at the deadline.

I'm trying to present more masc. However, I really, really like my voice so won't be going on hormones.

Although it makes me uncomfortable, I'm okay with people throwing out the occasional she/her. But when it's every two sentences? I was on the phone earlier today with the electric company and the operator kept on saying "ma'am" and it really ticks me off.
