In Bute Town right by the train station. Wtf??

Hello all,
I’m having an issue with the management at my flat complex- I’ve been requesting a new mailbox key for the last 3 months, and the management at my complex keeps ignoring me. I have been nice, I have been firm, I have emailed, I have called, and I am still hitting a wall, so to speak. Has anyone else been in this situation before? They smile in my face and tell me they’re working on it, and they never do. Meanwhile I’m without access to my mail. I’m getting desperate and I don’t know what to do. Does anyone know if there’s someone I can call or how I could get this resolved? Thank you!
ETA: I’m American and I’ve only been in Cardiff for a year, so I have no idea how it works here or what my options/avenues are here!

So the back story is that my cousin and his wife had a baby daughter in 2023. The baby was born with Downs, a severe heart defect, and many other critical issues. She was born in February 2023, spent her entire life in the hospital, then got a heart transplant in July of 2024, but sadly the heart rejected and the baby passed away. Since her daughter’s passing, my cousin’s wife has thrown what she calls “heaven parties” where she gets a custom cake, decorations, balloons, and invites everyone to the baby’s grave to “party”. She dresses her older daughter up, makes her pose for pictures by the grave while holding the cake, etc. The first year, I attended this “heaven party” because I honestly felt bad for the mom, but this year I chose not to go because honestly I am so weirded out by the whole thing. I understand taking flowers to the grave, but this is a whole party like the child is still alive. I think it’s morbid and odd. AITAH for not attending?
ETAs : I have NOT said anything to anyone about my feelings re: this issue. I would never be hurtful to a grieving person like that. These feelings I’m having, have never been outwardly expressed to anyone.

Hi all,
I’m just wondering if anyone has any information on what happened on Plasnewydd road last night- my neighbour’s door was kicked down by armed police at about 3:30 am, and she was brought out into the street. Does anyone know anything else? I’m very concerned. Thanks!

I have been washing everything I own for almost 13 hours now. Just when I thought I was calming down, I took a shower and I found a flea on the towel that I had washed and then used to dry myself off. I feel like there are bugs crawling on me and I can’t handle it. I talked to my best friend but he just chuckled and told me I’d be fine- but he clearly doesn’t get it. I’m absolutely spiraling and I need someone to talk to. Please help.
