Does anyone else hate the Hatchling system as much as I do?
They’re putting me at a massive disadvantage at the Arena where all my current opponents are overly overpowered, ESPECIALLY when the devs keep rerunning the Hat Events. That, and they demand too many apples. If it was up to me, I’d update the game to remove the Hatchling system and bring back normality.
The retired hero’s attire doesn’t fit anymore.
1 - The Incredibles (the teaser, at least).
2 - Deadbeat Adventurer.
3/4 - Nighthawk Returns.
A new thing to say about things you don’t like.
Example, David Zaslav for tarnishing Warner Bros.
This is the true adult Jon Kent to me. Nobody change my mind.
For context, this is from issue 5 from "Adventures of the Super Sons". In it, Jon and Damian meet their presumed adult selves in the House of Secrets and Mysteries with Adult Jon having a realistic "dad bod". This turns out to be due to them being captive in the Wonder Machine that creates what they desire, though Adult Jon and Adult Damian become real in the penultimate issue.
Regardless, I keep gaslighting myself to believe that this is Jon's canon future and not what Bendis did to our boy.
(Hilarious Trope) “I got this.” Proceeds to do nothing helpful.
* SpongeBob SquarePants, Survival of the Idiots - “Open sesame!”
* The Amazing World of Gumball, The Shell - After being startled by Penny’s Minotaur form, Harold gruffly tells Jackie that he’ll deal with it. He then runs away like the coward he is.
* SMG4, Revelations Movie - When confronted by Zero, Mario goes ahead to defend 4 and 3. Being Mario, the “best” he can do is chuck a rock at the eldritch abomination responsible for one of the heartbreaking moments in the series. Zero’s unimpressed expression when the rock harmlessly bounces off him is what really sells it.
What if a scene between Jess and Kilowog plays out like this?
The scene in question is about Po's self-loathing rant from Kung fu Panda. I know it won't exactly be like it word for word, but there would be some similarities. Given how Jess deals with chronic anxiety, combined with the fact that she has to lead a new Lantern Corps (according to the synopsis) and deal with deadly threats, I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happens.
What are the funniest faces you've ever seen in a CN show. No reboots.
We got our first look at Jessica Cruz AND who's gonna voice her!
Today, we got our first look at Jessica Cruz as well as her confirmed VA, Auli'i Cravalho of Moana fame. Can't wait to see what she sounds like in her cameo to build up her spin-off series.
The Monsters from Pretty Cure.
The franchise has integral Monsters in each series where the villains summons in different methods. The formula is simple; the villains find an object - also applies to animals and even people - to make a monster, the heroines must fight, defeat and mainly purify the possessed object. The villains also use an item to make into the Monsters or gaining form from strong emotions and they have a distinguishing trait after being summoned; the Zakennas have a large bulging vein on their forehead, the Kowainas have masks as the faces, the Negatones have a skeletal structure, the Saiarks have scarves coloured after the general who summoned them. The list goes on.
What are your opinions on this episode?
This is "Passenger Fatty-Seven". Season 15, episode 10. It features the guys battling terrorists that hijack the plane Quagmire is piloting after a trip to San Francisco. I find this among my favourites as it's filled with nonstop action.
