The gun is a Bul Blaze with 1985 rounds.
Today I cleaned the gun and noticed this wear mark.
Any thoughts?

Today I hit the 14k rounds mark with my Prodigy and had to retorque the optic screws (one was a bit loose even if the dot was rock solid)… it wasn’t a big deal after more than 7k rounds with it.

I bought this Blaze less than a month ago and already shot 1615 rounds finding the sweet spot for springs with European commercial loadings since the gun was very snappy with 152 pf Fiocchi 124gr. Now I run a 13lb recoil spring and a 23lb main spring and is much better, I changed the thumb rest position and I think is the right setup (I’ll test it next week). The fun fact is that compared to my 5” Prodigy (12lb recoil and 23lb main) the Bul is faster cycling even with a heavier recoil spring.

Yesterday I tested the Blaze with the Geco FMJ 124gr (250 rounds) and is insane: smooth, soft and encouraging to increase the speed.
Since in Italy soft ammo are quite impossible to find the main options are Geco FMJ 124gr and Fiocchi Classic 124gr FMJ. Fiocchi are more snappier and on my Prodigy I found the right balance using a 12lb recoil spring and OEM 23lb main. Since the Blaze has a lighter slide I was wondering what could be a good setup for the recoil spring without increasing the main spring.
At the moment the Blaze runs 11lb recoil and 13 main. Is this setup enough to handle the Fiocchi without battering the frame?

I published my app about 2 weeks ago and now I have 90 users. In the last 2 days I saw the Operation type Other in the Requests monitor going over 100 when before was about 0 to 10 daily. Those 100 requests are from Server but I’m not able to understand what kind of requests are and why before 2 days ago were not that high. Any idea?

After 8 months of waiting I received my Blaze! I have to wait until Saturday to test it but I can say the trigger is amazing. Here is the new Bul with my 9 months old Prodigy customized, the gun that introduced me in the 2011’s world. With the Prodigy I shot more than 13k rounds and I love it, I think the Blaze will be also a great companion for my range trips. The only thing that I don’t like very much of the Blaze compared to my Prodigy with the EGW guide rod is that you have to disassemble the slide before be able to lock the spring but it’s not a big deal.

Just received today my brand new Blaze with EU specs. I installed the Holosun and tested the trigger and it’s insanely light! I have to wait Saturday to test but I think I’ll have a different feeling from my custom Prodigy… not better, just different. I shot the Prodigy a lot so I have a great feeling with this gun.

I used to shoot a lot with my 92X Performance but i don’t like it with the dot… is too high compared to my Prodigy.

Just hit the 13k rounds mark.

I released my first app (an advanced tracker for shooters) on the 4th of July and already got my first subscription. It’s not very much but I’m really happy!
