Huge fan of the new spawn pools! Went to OGPP wanting shinx, oil or tomato. Left with these

Despite the HB, I need tomato more than oil. Plus I have a suspicion that one of the new starters will be an oilmon, but no idea.

Food van Friday? Preferably coastal?

Was looking to go somewhere after work tomorrow and get dinner, was thinking there could be some food vans about. Anywhere under an hours drive would be great!

Do you think Mac actually used to steal iPods and pawn them? 😂

He mentions this in "Put It On". I know he's rapped about selling weed before also, but obviously musicians tell stories and just rhyme.

do we think he really did this? lmao

Regidrago - unable to see pokemon or the health bar

Just played against a regidrago, which only showed up as a ball of light and no HP bar. Super frustrating because you can't count moves or see how much health it is

Unable to see Regidrago or its HP

Is this a one off bug or known with regidrago? The opponent is at such a disadvantage when they can't see the health bar

Just got this in a trade for a shiny wooper

I tried messaging on campfire to see what they wanted (they only requested shiny wooper and shiny hitmonlee) so I don't feel too bad, but they're only lv66 so I doubt they knew how rare it is

What GL/UL pokemon require high IVs?

I tend to go for lucky trades as ML viable pokemon, but I only recently found out that there's pokemon that want 4* or high IVs to rank well, i.e. Cradily or Mandabuzz in UL wanting 4*

What are some typically viable mons (either in cups or open leagues) that have rank #1 as 4* or that I can focus lucky trades on?

Thanks!

If there's an event on with a mon you really want to target, when would you stop hunting?

I've been yearning for a Cradily for a while, I really struggle against it and just wanted one in my roster.

Today (first day of the event), I got a rank 56 lileep, 1/14/12.

I know that IVs matter less than a lot of people think, but that doesn't stop people from wanting the best of the best.

Would you spend time actively looking for better, or just leave it there and see if you passively improve?

Can I please get some help making a "forever" UL team?

I know metas change, but I've never really done UL due to a lack of good mons and the heavy investment, but I've got a few that rank well with great IVs lately, and was hoping to only have to invest a couple to save on dust.

All of the below rank highly, both in species *and* pvpoke rankings
#1 shadow dusknoir, #1 gyarados, #1 malamar,

These rank slightly less well in IVs, but are still pretty top tier, think 98%+ on pokegenie

#43 shadow gyarados, tinkaton, empoleon, fetaligatr, florges, lickilicky, ludicolo, florges, blastoise, walrein, a ninetales, shadow walrein, dusknoir, drapion, annihilape, togekiss, shadow blastoise, samurott, skeledirge, toucannon, mandibuzz, swampert, crustle, dragalage, greenent, drifblim, aurorus,

I've managed to get a lot more that rank super highly in IVs but are below the ~100 mark on pvpoke, and I was wondering which 3 of these (or if there's any others I haven't listed) that are worth it

I'm also down for the odd spice pick that I may have that also isn't listed because it's too far down the rankings

Is a boost back to 100 energy after maintenance concludes too much to ask for?

I was online before the game closed for the update. Didn't get any triggers from my Shuckle (HSM, STM, Msc+). I get that it wouldn't have triggered whether there was a break or not, but I would have subbed in another healer or used items had my team started to drop energy

How much do you rely on using "Meta" pics?

My last post got picked up by auto mod, so will try to word this one to not trigger that.

How much do you stick to the typical Pvpoke/PogoTeams etc for selection? I typically have a few highly ranked ones, but I recently saw a post that had other team suggestions, where I have highly ranked version, but those actual pokemon were like 150 and 300 on Pvpoke

Am I better off sticking to the Pvpoke rankings if I have good versions, or is there mot going to be a big difference if I go further down the rankings?

I'm currently around 2100 elo (not very good lol) and have been running Quagsire, Altaria & Charjabug, all with their ideal moves. However, I've been having a lot of primeape/annihilape and some grass types.

Does Altaria really need dragon breath, or can it better with Peck if I'm facing a lot of stuff weak to flying?
