Hecate and Lilith???

This isn’t meant to be offensive. I’m just really trying to understand why many people worship Hecate AND Lilith? Hecate is known to protect women and children especially women during birth. Yet, Lilith is known to do the exact opposite and has been known to be threatening to women during birth and to children. How do people worship the two when they’re completely opposite from my understanding. Does anyone have any insight? I’m so curious about this because it seems to be really common!

Long plane rides

There are two long plane rides in my near future. A 6.5hr long one and a 5.5hr long one. I was wondering if anyone here had any good book recommendations for me.

Controversial line in WtWN

I have what I believe to be a very hot take. The “feed him through a tube” line from the original version of What the World Needs was replaced by the “plays the tambourine” line because the “tube” line is a horrible thing to say and only a horrible person would say it. My hot take is that Ocean is a horrible person (for at least the first part of the musical) and therefore it makes sense for her to say the “tube” line, which should therefore be left in the song. What are people’s thoughts on this?

Is free speech allowed on Reddit?

Whenever I reply to a post in this subreddit with an answer that is even vaguely critical of Reddit, the reply gets taken down. Are we not allowed to criticize Reddit? Doesn’t that violate free speech?

Love Never Dies

I don't mean to start a war immediately after joining the subreddit, but what are people's thoughts on (any and all aspects of) ALW's sequel?

I don't want to cry when I see the movie

Obviously, I fully expect to laugh my ass off when I see the New One. However, whenever I see a movie with an actor, producer, director, etc who has recently passed away, I cry. With that in mind, I suggest we all manifest a future in which the 2,000 100 year old man is still alive when the New One comes out, so the experience of seeing it isn't infused with grief.
