Ps: if you don’t check that ego of yours this platform will ruin you. Just because you have money doesn’t mean people respect or like you. Eventually your behaviors will leave you isolated and empty.

I’ve been super job hoppy. I’m trying my best to not be as sensitive to negative toxic behaviors in the place. I have been blessed with opportunities and my field of work it not necessarily frowned upon. But about to be 30 and want a more stable lifestyle and career.

I need advice how do you deal with reporting manager who is condescending? In the past, I just quit😅 . But from previous ‘mistakes’ (experience) and the current market I’m keeping my head down. However, I’m not a push over.
