22 and nothing sorted

I’m 22, my life is completely rotting away
I was supposed to have things figured out by now. I always pictured myself graduating on time, building a name for myself, and getting married young in my early 20s to the love of my life. Instead, I’m nowhere near graduating, I just lost my teaching job, and I’m still stuck in the exact same house my family moved into 10 years ago.
I’m wasting the best and most beautiful years of my youth doing absolute nothing.
I ruined a connection with a guy I actually really liked. We shared the same ethnicity, but he lives in North America and I’m in West Asia. Deep down, my own crippling insecurity got the best of me. I convinced myself that he was out of my league, that he’d eventually realize he could find someone way better, and that it was only a matter of time before he left me. So I left him to save myself, and tbh i don’t have the love in me to see why a person would choose me for me. And not for my accomplishments.
why would he love me and suffer long distance for me. We r muslims and I’ve recently started looking for dating only to marry and Now I miss him so much but I can’t reach out again. What face do I even take to go back to him? In my teens i was unpretty and even though people tell me I'm gorgeous now, but i can’t see it.

I’ve always believed that "God helps those who help themselves." But I’m so paralyzed and down that I can’t even help myself. It makes me feel like god has completely abandoned me
I look at other people my age who are done with their degree, have started their careers, who have found their person, who have someone to share every detail of their day with, and I’m a lil envious and I don’t want to be.
How do you start getting a grip of your life and have things sorted? How do you stop self-sabotaging when you feel like you aren't worthy of good things?

Can physical attraction grow after Nikah if it wasn't there initially? Looking for advice/experiences.

If you aren't physically attracted to someone for whatever reason, maybe you don’t like how their face looks of whatever can physical attraction actually develop after Nikah?
once you live together, spend time together, and experience intimacy, that familiarity does it build physical attraction over time with someone you are not attracted to now?

Is it wise to ignore an initial lack of physical attraction in the hope that it will get better after marriage? Or is entering a marriage without that baseline attraction a major risk?

During the talking stage, what signs you misread “he’s not into me” when he actually was?

During the talking stage or getting to know phase was there ever a time when you thought, “This guy is not that into me,” but later realized that you misread it and he actually was interested and that it was just part of his personality, communication style, or circumstances?

For example, maybe he replied slowly, didn’t initiate conversations as often as you’d hoped, seemed distant at times, or did something else that made you think he wasn’t interested but later found out he was
I’m curious if any of you had moments where the signs seemed negative at first, but once you got to know him better you realized you had completely misread the situation.
What happened, and what made you change your mind?

Women who are currently in happy relationships

How bad is gun violence in the United States in everyday life?

In the US people can legally own guns without even having any training, its their constitutional right. I find it very unsafe what if someone shoots you over an everyday arguments or minor inconveniences?
For example if someone cuts in line, insults you, bumps into your car, or starts an argument, do Americans worry that the other person might pull out a gun?

Do you change your behavior because someone around you might be armed?
Is the fear foreigners have about getting shot in the U.S. realistic, or is it mostly based on news coverage?

Using Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum on my whole face now I’m getting tiny bumps. Could it be the retinal?

I started using the Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum all over my face because the retinal concentration is lower and generally considered milder. I’ve been applying it daily for about two weeks since my skin usually isn’t very sensitive.
Recently, I’ve noticed tiny bumps developing on my cheeks, around my nasolabial folds, and on my forehead. I’m not completely sure the serum is causing them because I’ve had similar bumps before, and they seemed to go away when I started using a CeraVe cleanser.
Do you think the serum could be responsible? If so, am I using it too often or doing something wrong? Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution?
I’ve also noticed that my skin looks much shinier since I started using the Beauty of Joseon serum. It doesn’t feel particularly oily, and I cleanse thoroughly, but the shine is definitely more noticeable. Could this be related to the product as well?

Getting into BSCS in NED

It feels like everyone and their neighbour is doing BSCS. I’m genuinely happy that I got into BSCS at a top university, but i realized that I won’t have the title of “engineer.”
Should I be worried about that? In the long run, will a BSCS degree from a top university give me an edge over someone doing BSCS from a low tier mediocre university, like medical uni Ziauddin is even offering BSCS now and admitting just anyone so I’m wondering how much the university’s reputation and quality of education actually matter compared to just having the degree.
