Looking to write scripts for free

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to spend less time scrolling and more time doing something productive, so I thought I’d give this a shot.

I enjoy writing and coming up with ideas, but I don’t have much professional writing experience yet. I’m looking to write scripts for free for stand-up comedians, content creators, YouTubers, writers, or anyone who needs help with content.

I’m mainly interested in comedy, storytelling, YouTube content, and interesting ideas that can be turned into a good script.

I’m not looking to make money from this right now. I just want to write more, learn from the process, and avoid spending all my free time brainrotting on my phone.

If you have something you’re working on and need help with the writing, feel free to DM me.

I think I found a ₹100 crore business hiding outside Indian temples

Growing up in an Indian family, vacations rarely meant beaches or hill stations.

More often than not, they meant waking up at 4 AM, packing bags, and heading to places like Dwarka, Somnath, Ambaji, Shirdi, Tirupati, Vaishno Devi, Haridwar, or Varanasi. For millions of Indian families, these aren't just tourist destinations—they're traditions passed down through generations.

A few months ago, I visited Dwarka again.

After walking around the temple for a few hours, I did what almost everyone does—I looked for something cold to drink.

Everywhere I looked, there were shops selling lassi, rabdi, kesar pista doodh, chaas... you name it.

What caught my attention wasn't the products.

It was the market itself.

Every shop was packed. Some even had long queues. The demand clearly existed.

But almost every shop looked... the same.

  • No recognizable brand.
  • No standard packaging.
  • No consistent customer experience.
  • No easy way for a first-time visitor to know which place is clean and trustworthy.

That's when a thought hit me.

We've built national brands around tea, coffee, burgers, pizza, ice cream, chocolates—even bottled water.

So why hasn't anyone built a trusted national brand around traditional dairy beverages at India's pilgrimage destinations?

Imagine visiting Dwarka today, Tirupati next month, Shirdi a year later, or Somnath on your next family trip—and finding the same trusted outlet serving fresh lassi, rabdi, kesar pista doodh, and chaas with consistent taste, hygienic preparation, and premium yet affordable packaging.

Instead of choosing between 20 unknown local shops, you'd simply walk into the brand you already trust.

It reminds me of what Haldiram's did for Indian snacks—not by inventing a new product, but by standardizing an existing category and building trust around it.

Of course, maybe there's a reason this hasn't happened. Fresh dairy is difficult to scale, maintaining consistency across locations is challenging, and local vendors already have loyal customers.

But I genuinely can't stop thinking about it.

Am I missing something obvious, or is this one of India's most overlooked consumer brand opportunities?

I'd love to hear from people in F&B, franchising, dairy, retail, or anyone who's thought about this space. Why do you think no one has built a recognizable nationwide brand around traditional dairy beverages at India's pilgrimage destinations?
