So my university asked me for my o level equivilance. But I have pretty much lost all academic grades/records during house shifting processes. I have a friend in 2nd year of that same uni, and he also didn't submit his, and he's totally fine. So I think university ka itna masla nhi but is it a HEC requirment? Could it bcome an issue during graduation, etc? Or am I overthinking it?

Lets say I buy a 1 kanal old demolishable house. Not fit for living. If I demolish it, how much could the malba sell for? Just need a ballpark figure. Thanks.

So I applied to bnu seeta majeed school yesterday and currently my docs are being verified. During the process, they did ask me if I wanted to apply for fin aid, to which I ticked yes but they didnt ask for any documents. So will they ask for documents after I get the offer or after the test or something? Any tips would be appreciated.

Someone told me that all properties in cantt are leased from the cantonment board for 33 years. After that you have to pay a lot of money to renew the lease. You dont ever actually own your house. Is that true?

Hi, I am a student in need of a drawing Tablet. It needs to be under 1 lakh. Please mention what tablet would be best for drawing and something that can work fast and is long lasting.

So I need a drawing tablet and I have no idea which one is the perfect match for me. My bugdet is around 400 dollars but lesser would be better. I need a tab thats not only for drawing but I can make notes on it, use canva, and editing softwares etc. I was thinking maybe I could purchase a samsung a series tab but I am not so sure about the stylus. Please elp me out and suggest drawin tablets that can be used without a laptop as well. Thanks!

The details of the programm says that you can take a loan of 1 crore rupees for construction. But someone from the bank told us that because of my parents are close to retirement they can only take the amount of loan reletive to the lengh of left service. Which may come to 25-30 lakh combined. Is there such a rule? Or can anyone take a loan of 1 crore rupees and pay it back in 10 years? My father is a gov officer so he has pension.
