Nothing for steam?

Now my period is back and I’ve never been so self hating and disgusted at my body. I’ve had other trans folk claim to try medicaid, denied! Try DIY, but no follow up information, no links to anything, nothing. I’ve called local queer foundations here in Florida and nothing for transmasc. I haven’t felt this lost in months, I’m so grossed out that I don’t even wish to leave my own home anymore. Hell even after months of voice training, it feels like it’s all high pitched and I want to just scream.

It was a creature collection game were you had food/cafe themed typing for your creatures and they help you run a cafe together? You could fight with other cafes and go out to get resources and stuff.

Recently me and my partner, (also trans) insurance thought be really funny to just stop covering our gender affirming care all together. We weren't told this and went to pick up our monthly dose of hormones and learned we had to pay out of pocket 550 USD for a single shot.
Not only is that insane going from 8 usd to THAT, but they offered us no solutions and the doctor said his hands are tied on helping as well. We're currently applying for a new insurance, but we were told it could take a year to get approved. We're totally out of our hormones shots and are panicking.
Is there any way to get Testosterone without insurance that's not going to cost us our month in rent?

I was so excited about getting into the game that I fat fingered my nickname and it’s spelled wrong and I’m foaming at the mouth. Is there anyway to change this? Is this going to be locked to account now? I’m worried that someone will take the correct spelling of my name and just ACK!

Bring the prices down just a bit. I want to buy some outfits but I'm almost always immediately turned away by the extreme pricing. Plus the predatory ways with the currency so that you spend more than you need to and always have more currency left over with no way of spending it or having everything locked in a full bundle, why not let players who have already given you money, spend it on single items? I just want a hat, not a shirt, skirt, hairstyle, and eye design and makeup.

Anyone else think it's time we stopped importing animals for testing?

Has been an absolute nightmare to find anyone with an ounce of knowledge on this. My husband is a Transman and we've been trying to get him set up, but every call to any office gets us with:

" I do not treat transgender people nor will I ever."
" It goes against the bible/beliefs." (This one has happened a lot)
" I do not know what a transgender thing is, so I can not help you."
" Planned parenthood, but they are not primary care."

Please any help, we're currently driving an hour into Orlando for one, but it's such a pain in the backside to do that. Any suggestions?
