Personally for me it's Mei Mei, Higuruma (I think it's a good conclusion), Inumaki (so Tokyo at least loses someone) and Larue. Perhaps Hakari and Kirara (as in Uraume and Hakari kill each other and Kirara gets murked by Sukuna.)
I know this sounds like "virtue signaling" or whatever but if you cannot be funny without making light of an ongoing and serious situation then you aren't fucking funny.

It's a weird situation ig. If the situation was done and like everyone got arrested then sure make the jokes but everyone isn't. High Chance of being alive:
Kasumi Miwa is 17 during the main story so in modulo she'd be 85. I also just don't want her dead so she's gets to be in the high chance of being alive.
Noritoshi Kamo is 18 during the main story. He'd be 86. He's also probably still in America which is why he's higher up on the list because he's away from the curse stuff.
Arata Nitta is the same age as both Nobara and Yuji. He's probably still kicking because of that, and he's a healer so he's not fighting curses. He'd be 84.
Could be alive:
Toge Inumaki is also 17 during the events of the main story. He technically could still be alive just not present in the story. Maybe he's the head of the Inumaki clan or something. He'd be 85.
Momo Nishimiya is 18 in the main story. The reason she is lower than Miwa is simple. Momo isn't that strong. She has a pretty reasonable chance of being killed by a curse. She'd be 86 if she was alive.
Yuko Ozawa, Fumi, Takada and Saori as civilians all have a chance of being alive because they aren't fighting curses. Ozawa and Fumi would both be 84, while Saori would be 91, and Takada is probably early 90’s.
Rin Amai is probably around 16/17 during the main story. He has a chance of being alive mostly because, much like Arata, he is a healer therefore not in the action much. He'd be 84/85
Akari Nitta has no confirmed age but she's probably in her early 20’s. She isn't a fighter so again the possibility of her being alive is good. She'd be in her late 80’s to early 90’s
Takuma Ino is 21 in the main story. I really don't think this dude can die. He survived Toji and Sukuna. Old age would have to take his ass. He'd be 89.
Probably dead:
Utahime Iori is 31 in the main story. Despite her not being a fighter if she was alive she'd be 99. That is possible but I'd bet she's dead because she's not still a teacher. Possibly a higher up?
Atsuya Kusakabe has no confirmed age but he's probably around his late 20’s to mid 30’s in the main story. Kusakabe probably wasn't killed by a curse but probably old age. Anyways if he was alive he'd be in his late 80’s early to mid 90’s
Kiyotaka Ijichi is 27 in the main story. He definitely died of a heart attack after getting way too stressed. I just have a feeling, y'know? if he is alive he'd be 95
Shoko leiri is 29 in the main story. She's only here because I really don't want her to still be alive. It just makes me sad. Cause like what if she's forgetting her friends faces? She'd 97 if she is still alive.
Kinji Hakari is probably 18 in the main story. The reason he's here is because he has little to no regard for his own life. There is a high chance he got himself killed doing something stupid. If he's still alive he'd be 86.
Kirara Hoshi is probably 18 in the main story. She's here because I personally wouldn't want her to be alive without Hakari. Plus if he did get himself killed there is a chance Kirara would go after them and also get killed. If she's still alive she'd be 86 as well.
Charles Bernard has no known age but he's probably early to mid 20’s. He's a manga artist. Those guys legitimately have awful health because of stress. He's probably dead. If he is alive he'd be somewhere in his 80’s.
Remi has a pretty good chance of being 18 or 20 in the main story. She puts herself in the wrong crowd all the time. She definitely got herself killed because of that. If she was alive she'd be in her 80’s.
Depends on if it's funny:
Fumihiko Takaba. Listen I don't know where to put this guy. He's 35 in the main story but like does that matter? If he doesn't find dying of old age funny then like he could be alive?? If he is alive he'd be 103.
Definitely dead:
Yoshinobu Gakuganji is surprisingly 76 in the main story. There is no chance in hell he is still alive. If he looked like that in his 70’s then jeez he was not taking care of himself. If somehow he was still alive he'd be 144.
Megumi Fushiguro is 16 in the main story. He is potentially dead. It is heavily implied he is dead actually but there is the smallest chance Megumi moved away and didn't die. (I'm coping) If he's still alive he'd be 84.
Shiu Kong. We never see this dude again after hidden inventory. He definitely died but sense it ain't confirmed he's here. Probably in his late 90’s if he is still kicking.
Hiromi Higuruma is 36 in the main story. He definitely died of old age or a heart attack. Nothing special, he's just old enough that he's definitely dead in my mind. If he is still alive he'd be 105.
Takako Uro’s vessel is probably in her 20’s?? I don't think we ever see her again after Sendai (correct me if I am wrong) so she probably just decided to live a normal life. I have nothing for her, truly, she's just here because we have no proof if she's dead or not. If she is alive she'd be in her 80’s or 90’s
Rokujushi Miyo and Hagane Daido are in the same boat as Uro. Cause like we don't know shit about these guys. No ages or anything. So they're here because of that.
Mei Mei is probably in her early to mid 30’s in the main story. I'm fairly certain she's dead. Mostly because Ui Ui is alone in Modulo but I guess she could be at a retirement home? Probably in her late 90's if she's alive.
