These clips are part of Marc Schaffel's footage that he originally wanted to turn into a documentary when Michael was still alive, and then after he died. But nobody wanted them.

The footage shows him in the back of his limo talking to others, and one of the clips shows him speaking to a teenage (19 years old omg she looks so different) Beyonce, who for some reason is sitting on Marc's knee (???)

Even several big MJ defenders corrected themselves on this that it wasn't the right Frank, and yet I saw several posts over on Twitter saying this as if it was a confirmed fact and not blatant misinformation.

Even if it was the right Frank, filing for bankruptcy is one of the most common things that homeowners have to do and has no bearing on a person's morality, nor does it mean that someone filing bankruptcy is going to craft a narrative of false abuse enacted by one of the most famous men on the planet.

This is from daniellesadvocacy on tiktok, I've linked her stuff here before. She's amazing, she's a CSA survivor who speaks about her horrific childhood abuse on her channel and advocates and brings awareness to other stories that people may not know about.

I posted a while ago about Mara Wilson discussing that when she was a child, even way before AI was a thing, she saw photoshopped images of her doing things that she never did, and putting her in adult situations she was never in, she talked about the damage this caused her and that this sort of trauma is being made easier with AI.

Danielle has a full video on this on her youtube channel, but this clip briefly mentions that there could be a future in which these AI systems are automated, making child sexual abuse content with little to no human involvement. This. is. horrifying.

This is a HUGE problem, and I've actually seen people say that it's "harm reduction" and that it "doesn't hurt real people" except it does, and it has. 1.2 MILLION children THIS YEAR ALONE.... The "safeguards" that the big LLMs have do not matter if people are able to download and run their own model locally.

The argument that this is not harming real people is the same argument people made about that book that an australian author wrote fetishizing a child and then stating in her author notes that she would "never see her own children the same way again". This IS harming real people, there ARE real victims of this kind of thing and it's likely way worse than we know. And the notion that anything like this could be "harm reduction" is especially insane because CSAM is ILLEGAL... They are arguing for predators / pedophiles to make illegal content so they won't "harm a real child" except what they are doing is by definition, harmful and illegal.

Plus there are tons of articles arguing the fact that predators consuming illegal content are more likely to harm a child because eventually the "urge" they have isn't fixed by the content, and so they seek out an actual victim to abuse.

Last November, Megyn Kelly downplayed the ages of Jeffery Epstein's victims on her podcast. She said that Epstein "was not a pedophile" claiming that he was into "barely legal type stuff, he liked 15 year old girls"

She continues...

"I'm not trying to make an excuse for this, I'm just giving you facts — that he wasn't into, like, 8-year-olds. But he liked the very young teen types that could pass for even younger than they were, but would look legal to a passer-by."

As you can imagine, people were absolutely floored by this comment, many calling her out for saying that a 15 year old is "barely legal". Valerie Bertinelli posted a photo of herself at the age of 15, calling for other people to show Megyn exactly how young a 15 year old looked.

She claims that Epstein liked "the very young teen types that looked even younger than they were but would look legal to a passerby" what Megyn is doing with this is trying to say that the victims of Epstein didn't suffer at the hands of a pedophile because they were too old to fit into the clinical definition of a pedophile's targeted age, this is exactly what Michael Jackson defenders do as well, they invent this reality in which WE have "created a narrative" that Michael was only abusing boys, that he abandoned them when they got too old... But we never created that narrative, there is no narrative. There is just the truth, Michael Jackson was a predator who harmed children.

For the longest time people really only knew about the young boys he abused, he flaunted his special friends out in public all the time, bringing them on stage, being photographed with them in public... We didn't see that with the girls, but after Jane Doe came forward, and now with Marie Nicole, people are looking back on Michael's behavior around girl children and looking at it with a new light.. He was a predator who mostly targeted boys, now we know that he also targeted girls as well.

Stans seem to think that the Cascio claims throw everything into question and breaks "the guilter narrative" because Michael abused a girl, and Michael abused two of the siblings into their adulthood which according to defenders "contradicts Wade and James' claims that he abandoned them when they got too old"

It doesn't actually contradict them at all, they were speaking of their own lived experience of being replaced when Michael was bored with them. Also Michael himself said that children lose something special when they start getting older, he mentioned multiple times that children have this "innocence" that is gone by the time they reach a certain age.

So why did he not abandon the Cascio children? Michael infiltrated this entire family, became close enough to them that they considered him one of their own family members and loved him just the same as if he was blood related to them, this was not one child he abused... this was five children over the course of decades. With Wade and James, these were two children that really didn't know each other except one meeting on set of JAM.. They weren't friends or siblings, they didn't see each other again, but with the Cascio siblings... They lived together, grew up together, they were a tight knit family. Michael couldn't abandon any of them, at least not the way he did prior to other victims.

But he -did- replace them as his "special friends" and you can see that in the way he slowly started focusing his attention on Eddie, and then eventually he replaced Eddie with Dominic Jr, then with Aldo and Marie Nicole.

By the way, MJ stans make it sound like all the siblings claimed abuse until their adult years, Eddie Cascio is the only one who did, and it's pretty obvious that Frank was abused into his young adult years as well. Michael abusing these two into their adulthood isn't "breaking the narrative" that stans think we invented, it just means Michael wanted what he wanted and the only people he could get it from were people who were already in his life, keep in mind how Michael's life was after the trial. He couldn't gain access to kids as easily, he was losing his massive fame, he didn't want to tour, he didn't want to do anything.. He couldn't groom children the way he was once able to.

Unfortunately another aspect of the continued abuse of the Cascio siblings is that Michael seemed to have an incest fetish, given the fact that he made several of his victims call him "daddy" (Even the Cascio children at one point), I think that he was using them to feed into this fetish even when they were older.

Also, pedophiles can have sexual attraction to grown adults, I have no idea if Michael felt that or if he was just desperate and taking what he could get but my abuser was married and he was sexually attracted to adults.

The Cascio siblings case is so absolutely dark, and MJ stans seem to be getting more and more uncomfortable about it despite the grandstanding that the Cascios are "all liars and grifters", despite bringing up alleged gambling debts, despite them trying their hardest to pretend that it doesn't bother some of them... Once years ago a stan said "I'd believe it if Frank Cascio came forward" and lo and behold, Frank has come forward and they still don't believe it.

Okay back to the problem of adultification, because it's absolutely rooted in rape culture. Courtney Stodden was groomed when she was just sixteen years old to marry a grown ass adult man and the responses shamed her, called HER a gold digger, and even worse, when I was reading about her now and how she's advocating to try to end child marriages, some comments say the most horrific things about the way she looked at 16. "She looks like she's 40", "THAT'S 16???" "Well what did she expect looking like that, maybe he didn't know her age". She was brought onto a MADTV skit where Jason Alexander waved a phone over her chest to make the joke that there was no signal in her head, but her chest had a signal.... People talked about her body, made comments about the fact that they believed her chest was artificially enhanced...

That is part of what adultification is, acting like someone much younger is much older based on the way they appear, and in terms of abuse and rape culture, there's a lot of people who defend the abuse of a child because the child looked "older than they really were"

Drake Bell claimed that his 15 year old victim whom he knew since she was 12 years old had a fake instagram in which "she looked like an adult, doing adult things like smoking and drinking alcohol", in the sentencing hearing that took place when the victim was 19 years old the judge did a double take because he thought she was still a minor because she looked so young even at 19.

Adultification also means that the perpetrator acts like the child victim was coming onto THEM, was "very mature for their age" speaking of Drake Bell, this happened to him with Brian Peck who claimed that a 15 year old child was after him, Drake Bell in turn did this SAME thing when he lied about his Jane Doe victim being obsessed with him.

I posted a video the other day of Mary Kay Letournau who said that her victim Vili was the pursuer in the 90s, when he was a child.

Marie Nicole Porte talked about how her abuse began when she was twelve years old, Michael was giving her drugs and continuing to abuse her for a few years after this, including when she was a 14 year old girl who unmistakably looked like a 14 year old girl.

Back in the 90s when Alliyah was groomed into a relationship with R Kelly, magazines and tabloids literally called her "fast" or "easy", they implied that she looked "like a grown woman" so anything that happened to her was fair game. Some of the magazines included comments from fans of R Kelly writing in "Well if she's going to dress like that"

The adultification of children in these ways is harmful because it almost tries to justify the abuse that victims endure because they looked a certain way or carried themselves a certain way. Or even worse, sometimes it's used to say that abuse never could have happened and casts doubt on someone's real and lived experience of abuse.

The bravery it takes to come forward, especially as a woman is immense, women are constantly scrutinized for their bodies, their weight, being too skinny, being too overweight, being too tall, too short, too pale, too dark, too light... People just found a way to take this misogyny to the next level by using it to discredit CSA and grooming survivors.

Geragos does not represent the siblings anymore, he was changed out months ago to Howard King.

I know this is likely normal in cases like this to request or notify of a lien but this doesn't sit right with me considering that Mark Geragos was on Megyn Kelly months ago casting doubt on Wade and James's claims of abuse which are extremely similar to the Cascio's abuse claims too, so if he's doing that, it paints this picture that he doesn't / didn't actually believe the allegations.

This lien survives the termination of the client - attorney relationship.

So if the Cascio's win any type of financial compensation from their lawsuit, Geragos gets to take a piece of it, despite the fact that Howard King et all, are the lawyers who are working with them through this entire situation.

The stans frothing at the mouth because of Stacy Brown a few weeks ago wrote an article talking about James Porte and Eddie Cascio's filings of bankruptcy. Brown CLAIMS he's not on the Estate's payroll and yet he continues to write articles like that to discredit Jackson's victims.

The stans use this as "proof" that these allegations are all about money, because obviously if you are struggling with finances the easiest way to get money is to falsely accuse someone that was in your life as basically family for DECADES of historical CSA.... Yep, that's the EASIEST WAY. Oooo I have some bills due rn myself, maybe I should accuse MJ of CSA! /s

People struggle with money all the fucking time, people file for bankruptcy all the time, it's one of the most common things to do for home owners in the united states because the cost of living has gone up exponentially. It's not evidence of grifting liars falsely accusing MJ of abuse just to get extra money.... These people have no idea how unlikely it is that the Cascio's will get any money from their federal lawsuit, also they consistently ignore how the MJ estate PAID THEM ALREADY.

Then they bring up the fake tracks, and Frank's alleged gambling debts only reported on by a fucking tabloid which stans claim not to trust but I guess that goes out the window when the tabloid is shit talking an accuser.

Michael was fucking terrible with money, and yet he was this perfect little angel to them but the moment an accuser has financial issues, one of the most common things to happen to a grown adult in the united states, literally everyone has financial issues at some point or another in their grown adult life... they get accused of being liars. The Cascio's are having their private financial lives torn apart to "prove" that they are lying about being sexually abused by Michael for decades.

Do the stans ever wonder if maybe they are on the wrong side of history? Spending all their time pouring over any and all perceived wrongs or flaws of Michaels victims, mocking, memeing and laughing at rape testimony??? Does it ever occur to them that they might be doing horrible things??

The tracks don't matter, Frank's alleged gambling debts do not matter, James Porte and Marie's finances do not matter, and none of those things are evidence that these people are "lying for money".

My father, the man who SA'd me many times over decades died in 2013. It took me until 2020 to even admit to myself that something MAY have happened to me, it took me four more years to speak out loud to someone that I was sexually abused by my father, and it took two and a half more years after that to admit to my own family that I was sexually abused by my father.

Delayed disclosure is real, and when MJ stans mock and belittle Michael's victims for "never saying anything before" or "suddenly remembering" it hurts survivors, the "real" survivors they claim to care about lol.

Wade and James never said anything about repressed memories, but there are CSA victims who have them, I have repressed memories, I did "suddenly" remember.

Delayed disclosure is tied closely with shame, guilt, remorse, I felt like I couldn't say anything because it "wasn't that bad" or "it's not like it was real rape", I kept wanting to say something so many times and didn't, I kept wanting to write blog posts or statuses to my friends speaking what happened to me but I got scared and deleted them all. Because once you admit that you were abused, especially by a loved one, you cannot ever go back to living in the reality before you admitted it.

I'm on pred for an asthma flare, day 5 of 10 day which is one 20mg a day... I was on pred and methylpred last month for about 11 days (50mg pred then) for a breathing issue after I was sick and this did not happen so I'm really confused.

My skin hurts on my abdomen / hip area, it feels like if someone slapped me across the stomach or a sunburn that got lemon juice poured over it, it only hurts when i touch it or it brushes against my clothes.

I messaged my doc but it's 6pm so he's out of office and I can't get in to see him until next thursday lol so I'm panicked rn

I still cannot wrap my head around all these hours long phone conversations he would have with kids, I think anyone can agree that while kids can be fun to talk to, spending hours on the phone multiple times a week or month with them is just... what?
