Brand new ZT3 Charger not working

Any ideas? I plugged it in to charge today after the scooter hit 25%, it was charging fine for about an hour then I went to check on it and nothing. The indicator on the charger isn't on, but the cord going to the outlet works fine I tried it on something else. It's just the actual charger itself just went unresponsive. Not even a week old.!?

Does anyone know what happened to the little convenience store at Regents Park train station?

I used to go to school at Regents Park some 25 years ago and that store on top of the platform stairs was always our go to, we used to get drinks and basketball cards even single cigarettes there. I recently got a new job in Regents Park and have noticed the store is just locked up and abandoned now, what gives?
