My first pregnancy I got hyperemisis gravidarum that started at 6 weeks ended at 14 weeks. I’m 7 weeks + 4 days pregnant and it seems I have it again. Before today I threw up maybe once a day starting at 7 weeks. I figured it was normal morning sickness but today everything I eat comes out. I know I can get through this as I did it before.. but did anyone who got hg have it with all pregnancy’s regardless of gender? I’m still hoping today was a bad today and maybe it’ll get better tomorrow..

I have a 15 month old and I’m 7 weeks pregnant, ever since I found out I’m pregnant Ive become extremely depressed. We were trying to conceive so I don’t know why I feel so sad. I have 0 motivation.. if i didn’t have my daughter I probably wouldn’t get out of bed. I’m constantly crying and I don’t have a connection with this pregnancy yet. I didn’t feel this way with my first.. I was so happy and I had a connection from the start. I feel guilty. My husband works in a different state so he’s not home much. I’ve never had much help besides when he’s home. I feel terrified to have another and I feel like I’m not good enough for my daughter bc I can’t give her my best right now. I’m sure I’m going through prenatal depression I just don’t understand why? I would like to add that my husband is extremely supportive and is always there for me emotionally. He’s aware of how I’ve been feeling as I’m able to vent to him. But it still doesn’t change or help my feelings unfortunately

For the ones who have had diastasis recti and went to physical therapy to heal it.. how did it turn out for you? Did it help you? I have diastasis recti from my previous pregnancy (2 finger gap above belly button) and I’m pregnant again. This time around I want to start some type of physical therapy either during my pregnancy or postpartum. I’m a bit more hopeful this time around that my dr will heal a bit. Would love to hear your similar stories

I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my second and I’m really thinking of not breastfeeding this time around. I exclusively breastfed my first and I’m still breastfeeding her at 15 months. I loved being able to breastfeed but It’s took a lot out of me.. I don’t get much sleep. I’ve retained lots of fluid in my face and I overall still don’t feel like myself. I feel guilty for not wanting to breastfed again but I feel like if I don’t Ill be back to myself quicker and most likely happier

I have an (almost)15 month old and I’m 6 weeks pregnant! I’m terrified although this is what I wanted, when I found out I was pregnant I had this overwhelming guilt which I still do have. I do not want my daughter to feel like she is less loved in anyway. I’m also scared of how hard it’s going to be all together. If anyone has this gap please tell me how things are, good/bad I don’t care I just need to know what I’m in for! It’s worth mentioning that I’m a stay at home mom, my husband works 2 hours away and only comes home on his days off. Oh and im still breastfeeding my 15 month old.. which has gotten super painful this past week

I’m 15 months pp and 6 weeks pregnant. With my first I got loose skin and diastasis recti but I didn’t start working on the dr until about 13 months pp (didn’t know I had it). I still have a 2 finger gap. So now im wondering after this second pregnancy, if I start trying to heal it as soon as I can will it heal? Since I’m working on it way sooner? Or am I likely going to be in the same boat as I am rn (big belly bulge, lots of loose skin/fat) I’m a small girl besides my stomach so I was really surprised my stomach didn’t go down..

I just found out I’m pregnant again and I have a 2 cm gap above my belly button from my last pregnancy. Will this change how I carry? I do have a noticeable bulge due to the dr, I look a bit pregnant even before I found out I was pregnant. My question is will I get bigger this time around since I already have a bulge? Some of it is loose skin as well and I’m sure some fat. I’m a small girl all around besides my tummy bc of the dr which I was working on healing…

I know I have some loose skin but since I have diastasis recti and a visible bulge its hard to tell if the stomach fat makes it looks like there’s more loose skin that I actually have.

I’ve been breastfeeding for 14 months now and I do not get sleep at night. My baby girl wakes up every hour most nights, every few hours on a good night.. I wake up looking so drained. My under eyes are so droopy and dark, my face is breaking out.. i have chin fat… I don’t feel like myself anymore. During pregnancy and before, my face was always so glowy and I hardly broke out. Does this ever get better? Do I have to wait to feel better once I’m done breastfeeding or is this my new normal? I’m 23 years old and I feel so unhappy with myself.

I’m 14 months pp and I’ve lost all the weight besides the facial fat and double chin. I still breastfeed so I’m wondering… will it go away once I wean? Or is it there to stay??

I’m 13 months pp and trying to conceive again. I have exclusively breastfed my baby since she was born and my cycle has not been regular- I’ve missed a few months here and there. Ive started day weaning her last month and now shes almost completely day weaned (sometimes she still nurses once a day and a few times during night time). I missed my cycle these past few months and got it back when I started day weaning which was last month. Has anyone else gotten pregnant right after day weaning or would I have to completely wean?
