Rebuilding an 09 WR250f front MC. Parts diagram shows a 2 piece piston but the one I pulled out was single piece. Curious if the previous owner swapped the MC from something else. I’m not sure how to identify. Confirmed yzf seals are too small.

Through thorough test and evaluation, I have determined you can get consistent hits at 600yds with a 7.5” 300blk. Is it ethical? No. Is it practical? Also no. But with decent ammo and good dope you could definitely wing a Sasquatch. 1st ammo pic are the ones I found to be the most consistent, 2nd ammo pic is garbo. Also threw some subs and got a few impacts at 28mils of elevation. Most rounds needed 1-1.5mils left with zero wind.

Edit: It was 550yds (500m), thought the conversion was closer to 600 for some reason.

Built this, shot one match with it, then immediately bought a Stribog to save money on ammo. Instead of sitting maybe it could do some midrange work. 7.5” 1/5 twist 300bo.

First off, I got my X-Half for like $300 and I still think it’s a bit much for what it is. Other than that, the form factor is great and I can just toss it in a tank bag on my motorcycle. I’ve barely touched my XT5 and my phone on this cross country trip. Is the X100 just as convenient and worth grabbing to yall?

I’m camping and just got up to pee. Saw a weird white streak in the sky. Thought it was a rocket launch but didn’t see any on the schedule. I was looking almost exactly North.
