Hi! Since September i couldn't use estrogen. I started to use at April though. Anyway I did wrong sudden movement at 20 February and diagnosed with minimal bone marrow edema at hip. They never check dexa until June. Now my results came and t Score -3.5 at lumber area other areas -2.5. these 4 months I was so stressed out anxious and depressed. We delayed our vacation with my boyfriend. Now we planned again I feel a bit better? Sometimes still bad idk. Can I go to vacation like this? With our car we will rent a Villa. I will start using calcium d vitamini next Monday.

Hi, 25F with premature ovarian failure. February i made sudden movement which made hip blockage and minimal bone marrow edema around Sacroiliac. They told me to rest and after told me to go rheumatologist and i did that. My all blood test came negative also i don't have any morning pain or finding hard to move my joints. Finally i had to go the researcher hospital anyway they made Dexa scan and i have oestroposis skors -3.5 and -2.5. My question is can oestroposis cause bone marrow edema when sudden movement made? I was also using isotretinoin meanwhile. I hope someone can answer thank you very much 💗

Östrojen Jeli ülkemize Şubat ayında geldiğinde ilacıma anca başlayabildim. 5 gün önce DEXA scan yaptırdım. Lumber bölgesinde yaşıtlarıma göre ileri düzeyde mineral eksikliği çıktı. T scoruma baktım -2.5 bu Axor kemik erimesi demekmiş. bel ağrım var. Kaybettigim kemikleri geri kazanamaz miyim nabicam bilmiyorum. Hayatım boyunca ağrı mi cekicem? Fitness artık yapamaz mıyım? Kök hücre tedavisi yaptırsam geçer mi?

Hi! I really need help about this. I'm 25 years old and diagnosed with POF at 14 they couldn't find why and told me it's maybe autoimmune. Three days ago i learned oestroposis started and i have hip pain I'm having difficulty while walk. My skin since childhood is like baby skin gets easily red. When cut always leaves mark and heals longer than usual. I also have keloid problem. I tried piercing but made keloid. Anyway I'm sick of this i don't care having child i just want to live like normal people without pain or allergies. I'm searching stem cells and i don't want to throw money to thrash is it helpful can it treat autoimmune? Doctor told me it can surpress allergic reactions. Please help me if anyone tried this treatment I'm only 25 and can't walk 😞😞

Hello everyone I just wanted to ask one question. I have hip pain for 5 months. MR shows no herniated disc just Bone marrow edema around sacroiliac joint at posterioinferior both of them. It happened around 20 February when i suddenly bent down and get up. Currently waiting romotology results however I'm curious about one thing. I have early menopause since 14 age and couldn't use my medicine since September until April. I went to DEXA scan and they told me according to my age(25) i have start or oestroposis i mean it's started. If romotology results come clean can be the reason for my pains? Because this all started after i left using estrogen due to my country doesn't have medicine...

Kizlar 14 yaşında Erken menopoza girmiş biri olarak çok yoruldum. Bunun tek artısı çocuk olmaması değil bir sürü hastalık çıkarttı Hipotiroid desen var her şey var. Geçen seneye kadar kullandığım ilaç firması ilacı üretmeyi durdurdu. Doğum kontrol hapı verdiler yüzümü sivilce tarlası yaptı ve depresyona soktuğu için bıraktım hapı. 7 ay kullanmadım ve bugün kemik erimesi testine girdim. Bel omurları Lombar bölgesinde kemik erimesi başlangıcı varmış. Bir de bunu çeken kişi hastalığın mi var diye yok 50 yaşındaki kadınların yaptırdığı testi sanki zevk için yaptırıyorum! Şubat ayından beri bel ağrım var ve yüruyemiyorum bu yaşta evde hapis kaldım. Ayrıca yanlış hareket yüzünden leğen kemiği çevremde minimal kemik iliği ödemi var. Kemik erimesi yüzünden mi oldu bu bilmiyorum. Yürürken acı çekiyorum. Ayrıca regl yapan hapları da düzenli kullanmadım 2-3 aydır adet olmadım. 😭😔💔 Kendimi ne kadın gibi hissediyorum ne erkek gibi ya keşke hiç doğmasaydım. Sevgilim çok anlayışlı ama şuan uzakta olduğu için ve çalıştığı için kendimi çok yalnız hissediyorum ya. Tatile gitmeyi planlıyoruz ama çok korkuyorum ani harekette ağrı geri geliyor çünkü.. Nasıl gecicek bunlar hayatım bitti mi bilmiyorum 😞

I didn't use Estrogen for 7 months. Meanwhile did wrong sudden movement and i have hip pain. Also im diagnosed with sacroiliitis. My doctor told me to wait and see what romotology will say about test and x ray results. I feel hopeless. I'm crying every night. Am ı going to be in pain forever? I ask this to myself everyday. I'm ok with no child but this? How i should supposed to live like this? İt's been 5 months I'm resting for bone marrow edema to pass but it feels like prison. I also can't work. While I'm sick my family wants me expect me to heal and work for them.. I'm just a burden. I never felt normal i was always anormal smallest girl of school. I wish I can end everything

Hi! 25 F here from Turkey. I'm diagnosed with POF at the age of 13 or 14. Everything was fine until last year 2025 April. The company which produce estrogen patch stopped producing this medicine. I tried to use birth control couple months and they made me a lot of pimples. Meantime I was going gym doing fitness. I stopped using it at September and left gym same time. After 5 month at February I made sudden movement bending down and up and my hip hurted so much. It last 1.5 month to doctors diagnose me with sacroiliitis bone marrow edema. I'm worried that it's because of I didn't use Estrogen. Everywhere is hurting and noise coming from my knee shoulder wrist.. I'm so sad and worried. It's been 5 months and it didn't pass. Btw im using Femijel currently. I don't like my doctor because he told me my breast is small which I consider rude. Idk if I can go back to children endocrinologist who diagnosed me. I'm so stressed out. Sometimes I think ending everything but I just can't. I'm so tired from this from my body. What if it oestroposis? Idk what to do then. I can't live with this pain at my hip. 😔😞💔 I hate pain
