The LBX line is pretty sweet. AC line just as good. Not accurate but that spread does stab damage and can mess up a torso. Aim for the head.
If you tun snipers they sometimes miss so the front mech with the close burst finishes them off with the extra resolve or free knockdown shots
Im hunting down heat sink D and guass rifles. I keep a crew of 55-45 with good equipment at a cost for limited missions.

I posted an early game lance a week or two ago. Made necessary changes and collected some scrap along the way. Took a few detours along the 2 skull routes for cash .
I know a couple of these are unorthodox but my main lance are the first photos. The jagermech and orion are new and yet untested
Once you get the marauder its pretty trivial just headcapping mechs left snd right. All intergalactic gravy
If you had to run a lance and beat the entire career using one mech from each of the weight classes light/med/heavy/assault that you think could do it what would that lance and load out be?

Im a 20+ year vet. My old lady and i have a rare day off together so we are going out for lunch at a local steakhouse because i won a gift card from a sales competition at work. It will be s friday. We are going to be sleeping in so will probably roll up to the restaurant at 3pm or a little later. Lets say 330ish
When the server greets us and asks if we need anything im going to keep a straight face and say
“ no. We are going to talk for 2 hours until the dinner rush and as soon as your section if full i will flag you down because we will need to order urgently”

I have 628 days left. I have 7 pilots with most nearly maxed out stats. Trying to put together a couple more heavy and assault mechs to move beyond 3 skull missions which still give me a little trouble.
Ammo and heat is sometimes an issue but not often. Usually i can move in for melee when ammo is gone and there isnt much left to be a threat. I know rear armor is lower than most like but i never expose my backs to them until i have to go in for melee and by then their mechs are almost scrap.

What makes this different ? Its voted on by the other employees. Its a popularity contest and has nothing to do with performance. I know exactly what is going to happen. All the young girls clique that does the least amount of work and spends half the shift on their phones are going to collude amongst each other to win it every month while the rest of us that actually work and hold them accountable for their slacking will win squat .
This will probably be the catalyst for me to finally quit if one of those bums gets a gift card next month
I recently made a post looking for mods to try. I got BTA 3026. Installed it and started a career, chose settings and then just a loading screen that never ended. I tried several more times and wont work. I disabled the mod and restarted and it still loads up BTA and i cant continue my vanilla campaign.
Got the game about 3 years ago and played a vanilla ( with all official expansions) then shelved it for a while to play some other games. Just got back in to it but vanilla just isnt hitting right. I need more and more.Battletech is like a drug and i need a stronger hit.
