Did the Voice just admit that they're the reason why people die outside?

In 3x07, Voice said to Camille that Silo 17 found a way to block the safeguard procedure, but it was a temporary solution and they eventually perished outside, so there is no escape from the safeguard procedure.

So Voice clearly implied to Camille that they're the reason why Silo 17 died outside. This can mean three things:

1)They're the reason why everyone dies outside. They kill people when they go out for unknown reasons and otherwise outside is actually safe.

2)They poison people who go out, but outside is still dangerous regardless. (Maybe being outside does not outright kill you, but it still slowly but eventually kills you, therefore entity behind the voice instantly poisons people who go out so they won't reach to other silos.)

3)People who go outside dies simply because it is still dangerous. Voice was bluffing to Camille that they're responsible for the killing to make her believe there is no escape from the safeguard, so Camille would work towards stopping Juliette from blocking safeguard.

Şunu da biliyorum ki bu post bayağı eksi yiyecek. Muhalif kamuoyunda görüşlerin 180 derece değiştiğine devamlı şahitlik ettim. Çünkü genel olarak, bilgi eksiğiyle ve duygusal hareket ediyorsunuz. Uzun vadeli düşünmüyorsunuz. Uzun vadede insanların hayatını ne değiştiriyorsa ve fiilen etkiliyorsa insanlar için o önemlidir. 2023 Mart ayında KK aday olmamalı, aday olursa kesin kaybeder dediğimde de dibine kadar eksi ve negatif yorum yiyerek, kime ne anlatıyorum diyerek postu sildiğimi hatırlıyorum. 6 ay sonra yeni gündem ve olaylardan dolayı bugünkü algı da tamamen değişince bu postu alıntılarsınız.

Arkadaş yasayı yapan onlar, ama Özgür Özel ne yaptı etti Yeni Parti'yi tüm bu olaydan en zararlı çıkacak parti haline getirdi. Ne için? Ne gerek vardı? Hayır oyu versen veya çekimser kalsan da zaten yasa geçecek, evet oyu vererek kime neyi ispatlıyorsun? Özgür Özel'e şunu sormak istiyorum: Gördüğün üzere Yeni Parti'ye oy vermeyi düşünen kitle inanılmaz bir şekilde bu yasaya karşı ve bunu kırmızı çizgi olarak görüyorlar. Sana oy verecek kitleden bu yasaya 'evet' ver kampanyası yapan birini gördün mü?

Tıpkı Kılıçdaroğlu'nda olduğu gibi sosyal medya paylaşımlarınıza binlerce negatif yorum gelmeye başladı. Buradan sosyolojik bir ders çıkarmanız lazım. Yeni Parti'yi destekleyenler Özgür Özel'in kara kaşına kara gözüne bakarak desteklemiyor, son kale olarak gördükleri için destekliyordu. Ortada hiçbir kazanç yokken böyle bir hata yapılmasını anlamlandıramıyorum.

I feel like we are in a cycle where people refuse to learn their lesson from past experiences and still give benefit of doubt to the next broken beta process. Surely, paradox will fix the patch before it's full release this time(!)

Both players and AI can easily hoard unnecessary amount of gold through to mid-game which causes certain issues like money being meaningless after a while and mercenary spam. I think adding a treasury limit which can be scaled by how big the country or economy is (like in the Victoria 3) could solve lots of problems in this game.

Treasury limit would force players and AI to invest their money and adjust their economy. Thus, I think treasury limit can be used as a tool for balancing the economy in this game. In my opinion, this is how Victoria 3 fixed unbalanced economy in Victoria 2 by introducing limit to money reserve. I'd like to hear your ideas about this suggestion.

Quick question, I have RTX 4060, game was getting laggy in wars at release and it was annoying. Didn't play since release but I want to start playing again, Did 1.2 improve the performance for you?
