Xanax

Has anyone ever had a doctor prescribed them Xanax to assist with sleep and anxiety from not sleep? During this whole graves process I’ve been dealing with some extreme insomnia. The only thing that seems to help on these really bad nights is Xanax, which I am getting from a trusted friend who gets it prescribed. For obvious reasons, I am nervous to tell my doctor this however I have mentioned at every appointment that sleep is becoming an immense struggle for me and they don’t seem to give many options.

Insomnia

Insomnia is ruining my life. I don’t know what to do anymore. Some days I’m fine and other nights are absolute hell. I just want to fall asleep

Energy help

Anything that has helped you with fatigue/energy?

Currently really struggling while behind a sahm to a crazy toddler.

Doesn’t matter the sleep I get at night (which is inconsistent and I deal with a lot of insomnia) but I feel uncomfortably tired in the afternoon where I cannot keep my eyes open.

Caffeine doesn’t do shit and I already have a lot through the day

100 cal veg potstickers

100 cal for 3. Good size for a small meal for myself. Pan fried with a small amount of oil but would be curious if they would air fry well.

Slightly spicy, very yummy
Been looking for a good vegetarian potsticker for years that wasn’t mushroom heavy and this is it.

Celebrating finally hit my pre baby weight

31, 4’11’, 2 weeks away from being 1 year postpartum with my son. 170 entering hospital. C section, preeclampsia, traumatic labor… whole shebang. FINALLY 130

I’d like to be at about 115 as I had gained 15 lbs in a few months before I gotten pregnant with him after the grief/hormones of a miscarriage. But I’m so happy to be here, starting to feel more like myself.

Kept to 1100-1250 cals most days to really get the weight loss going towards to the end. Upwards of 1400 sometimes. No working out. Walking when the weather allows and I baby wear my son maybe 3-4 hour and week. I hate working out. 😅

Special thanks to: my food scale, my son for being a good boy in a stroller, and Veggies Made Great double chocolate muffins

Special fuck you’s to: glp-1 ads, Graves Disease, being short, and my c section overhang

Dollar Tree protein drinks

Good macros
$1.25
Reminds me of traditional chocolate slim fast in taste.

They also have vanilla but I haven’t tried those yet. Thought they might be good for baking as well

SAHM workouts

Looking for workouts I can do at home, in the living room throughout the day. I have a set of dumbbells, and resistance bands. Beginner friendly. I have about 15 lbs to lose until my goal weight. I’m 11 months postpartum and need to tone everything up. Gaining arm muscle would be a plus as well as my son is HEAVY.
