2016 Crosstrek remote start issue

Hello!

2016 Crosstrek running fine until I hit the remote start button today. I drove just an hour previously.

When turning the key the lights come on. It does not attempt to start, no clicking or turning over.

I read about service mode, so I turned the key on, pressed the brake, and hit the button 3 separate times to turn on/off.

One of these times I did get the car to start, but I had no blower/air conditioning. I was able to drive it around the block. When I got back and turned it off, it would no longer start again.

Remote start was factory installed by Subaru.

How do I fix this?

Wildflowers - regional mix?

Hello!

I'm in NE Ohio zone 6b.

Is there a wildflower mix out there someone can recommend that is more native?

I've read that a general wildflower mix isn't a good idea.

I was interested in the mix pictured, but not set on it.

Thanks!

Does it matter?

I saw a video online that people tend to have the dirt graded too high up on their house.

If it matters, mine is definitely above the brick.

Do I need to grade this back or does it not matter?

Or where should I be posting this question?

Will mold hurt plants?

Hello!

This bag of soil has something white all through it, potentially mold?

I'm looking to grow veggies here, is this soil ok to use?

Electric shock

Hello!

I have the RY40406 blower for several years.

Recently it started shocking my hand when using it.

Any insight as to why this is happening?

Will continued used degrade my battery, or do you think the battery itself is the issue?

Are these railroad ties?

Hello!

I tilled up this area behind my garage for a garden, but then I found out about railroad ties.

Would you agree these are railroad ties?

How far away from them can I plant, if so? I read I can remove the soil around it but I'm not sure I have the strength to do that. I will be removing the ties.

No clue how long they've been here, likely 10-20+ years.

I plan to put a raised bed with fresh soil separated by landscape fabric semi- close to the ties for now, but I would like to actually plant over by the fence. The earth seems really rich there was a lot of decomposed grass clippings I tilled in.

Thanks for any advice - or your help in directing me to where I can get more info. Thanks!

Hello!

Brita was mentioned the most in this sub..

I can't for the life of me figure out how to take this battery part off. This pitcher is at least 10 years old.

Can someone help? Thank you!

I honestly just want to rant.

Why the heck would Amazon put "Alexa play..." as part of their ads??

It keeps setting off my echo next to the TV and then I have to mute the TV so it can hear my stop command.

The GOT ad isn't the first time it's happened with either.

Just pisspoor design and advertisement.

Combine that with the Kindle thing and I'm pretty much done with all Amazon products moving forward.

I don't pay for my prime or I'd cancel it.
