Did I mess up my lens restoration?

I used the Sylvania kit and it's foggier than when I first started it. Did I not sand enough? Should I fix this with another Sylvania kit or try the Cerakote?

My problem was that I wasn't sure how long to sand with each grit. Video instructions indicate until it's smooth but it felt smooth to me throughout the process.

Tips are welcome!

Mac Sports Wagon - how are the wheels over time?

Mac Sports is having a sale on their website. Specifically, the model below is super cheap for some reason? 150lb weight capacity.

https://macsports.com/products/macsports-collapsible-folding-outdoor-utility-tailgate-wagon-with-cargo-trailer-wine-red?variant=51373564199207

With shipping, it comes to about $70.

There's a version of this wagon at Costco that sells for $108 total. Higher rated weight capacity at 350lb but not sure if the extra $38 is worth it.

https://www.costco.com/p/-/mac-sports-xl-folding-wagon-with-brakes/4000424138?sp=grs&langId=-1

Anyone have experience with either models? I'm not using it at the beach or anything. Mostly for food delivery. 150lb seems like a lot but just really curious about the long-term durability of either model.

Deep cleaning a used Weber charcoal grill

Hello all. I purchased a used Kettle Premium and would like to do a deep clean of the entire thing. There seems to be enough info on deep cleaning the grates but how about the rest of the components? Is it super OD if I disassemble and clean the different components with dish soap, sponge and elbow grease?

Do I need a dedicated milk pitcher if I don't care about latte art? [under $50]

Just purchased the Flair milk steamer. If I don't care about latte art, do I need a dedicated milk pitcher? Or will any vessel work? If I can just use anything, I'm thinking to steam milk in my Espro French Press container. I guess I would need a thermometer as well because not sure if my Thermoworks is fast enough with the response time?

Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence on Stylevana

I purchased a few bottles in Japan years ago and love it as an everyday sunscreen. But I ran out and looking to buy more on Stylevana. However, a quick search shows tons of different listings.

Anyone have a link to the official version of this sunscreen?

Can I add uncooked white rice to lentils in a pressure cooker?

Never cooked lentils before but tried it in the pressure cooker with half an onion, one carrot, and one Italian sausage. Along with spices. One cup of lentils with 32oz of water. It came out delicious and flavorful, but a bit too much liquid.

Can I add uncooked white rice next time and have it cooked thoroughly in the 20 minutes high pressure time?

2016 CR-V Headlight Restoration

Not an auto detailer or car guy in general. The plastic on my headlight lenses are hazy and would like to either restore or replace. I can purchase replacements on RockAuto for about $200 USD, or spend about $75 on Amazon on various items to manually restore the current lenses.

According to a post I've seen on Reddit, I would be using a combo of wet/dry sandpaper in different grits and finish it off with the "SprayMax 2K 2in1 Headlight Clear Coat." I would start off with grit 400, then 600, then 800, then 1000. And would manually scrub the lenses

Anyone try this method that can attest it working? Tips for how long to sand and when to switch to the different grits? Tips for how to use that clear coat?

Any information is helpful. Thanks!

Sandisk Extreme Pro, v30, 512gb --- SD Card Error with x5?

Currently using an x5 with this Sandisk Extreme card. Specs are good enough for the camera but I keep getting two types of SD card errors. One is SD Card Error. The other is something along the lines that I need to use a v30 card. Both error messages result in the camera shutting down right after.

The weird part is that I can simply turn the camera back on and use it fine, until I get the error messages again.

The files created are perfectly fine after transferring to my computer so it's a weird issue that I can't figure out the cause of.

I've tried formatting in the camera but now on a Windows PC yet. Would formatting on the PC work? Or does anyone else have a suggestion? Other than the card being busted.

Pocket 3 - what is this thing?

I purchased the Pocket 3 combo used and this came with the set. No mic.

Initially, I thought it was a smaller battery handle but I can't check the levels on the Pocket 3 screen like with the longer battery handle. So maybe this isn't an extra battery? I can put a usb-charge cable into the back.

Pixel 9 Pro XL --- When attempting to set up the fingerprint ID, it only works for the first five presses but ALWAYS fails the sixth time?

Hey all,

I've tried to find a solution on this forum but can't seem to locate anyone who has my issue. I have the Pixel 9 Pro XL. Previously, I had the 6a and had no issues with setting up the fingerprint IDs.

The repeatable problem I am having is when I attempt to set up the fingerprint ID, it works easily for the first five thumb presses. However, when I try to press the sixth time, I ALWAYS get the message "Clean your screen near the sensor." I've tried adjusting the touch sensitivity. I've tried cleaning my thumb and the screen. I've also tried using different parts of my thumbprint on the sides, top and bottom, and even holding it there for a second. No solution so far.

I could understand if the problem happened intermittently. But I find it weird that it always happens on the sixth try no matter what. The first five thumb presses are registered instantaneously, yet for the sixth time, I can't get it work.

Anyone ever run into this specific problem?

For those with either of these devices, how long does it take to get up to steaming temperature? 500w has a smaller footprint and I can get it for maybe $15 cheaper than the 700w, so wondering what the difference would be.

Thanks!
