Ma soprattutto, mettiamo che io ho un’idea, come trovo TUTTE (o quasi) le startup esistenti che fanno la stessa cosa?

Apro LinkedIn e mi sento come su Instagram di qualche anno fa, in cui sono tutti fighi: “tizio ha appena iniziato a lavorare in: [startup/scaleup incredibile sulla bocca di tutti]”, eventi, persone che fanno cose incredibili.
E poi ci sono io, che da un anno non trovo lavoro, rispondo ad annunci per tirocini sottopagati che o non mi rispondono o dopo il primo colloquio mi dicono che andranno avanti con un altro profilo.
L’ultimo che ho fatto: tirocinio di 800 euro con presenza a Milano, in cui sarei stato l’unica persona a lavorare su un nuovo sistema di prodotti. (Tirocinio?!)
Eppure, nonostante alcune esperienze in linea, sono stato rimbalzato.
Sono appena tornato a fare il cameriere, dopo anni di studi. Lavoro che avevo giurato a me stesso di non fare più (chi ha fatto le stagioni capirà).
Vi lascio immaginare il mio morale e il mio stato psicologico al momento.
Detto ciò, ben consapevole che nessuno di voi può risolvere i miei problemi, scrivo questo post per far sapere a tutti là fuori che la maggior parte delle persone non sono come quelle che vedete su LinkedIn, che dietro ad un “ho appena iniziato a lavorare in x” ci sono centinaia di persone che si sono sentite dire “bellissimo profilo, ma andiamo avanti con altri”.
Cercate (cerchiamo) di non abbatterci, purtroppo la vita lavorativa non è come ci hanno raccontato dentro all’università, ne è la stessa del mondo pre/durante Covid (soprattutto se volete lavorare in ambito it o tech)
Buongiorno popolo del cringe, spesso su LinkedIn leggo: “oh no, sono finito su LinkedinCringe, gne gne, che cattivoni rosiconi!”
Ebbene sì, amici guru, se siete finiti qui è perché probabilmente avete scritto qualche cazzata, e i lecchini che vi seguono non hanno il coraggio/hanno voglia di dirvelo chiaramente.
Ma state tranquilli, questo post nasce per creare la formula perfetta dell’anti cringe.
Ora mi rivolgo alla community: aiutatemi a trovare delle regole da rispettare per non creare post cringe.
Inizio io: non scrivete post auto-celebrativi, tipo “tu che ne hai viste tante..” oppure “mi fermano per strada per dirmi quanto sono contenti di lavorare per me..”.
Basta! Fate ridere!
Ecco una formula per celebrare i vostri successi senza sembrare dei disagiati:
“Ho fatto questo lavoro x, ho avuto delle difficoltà y, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo ottenuto dei risultati z, e per festeggiare il cliente ci ha portati a mangiare fuori”

Buongiorno a tutti, sono un designer e nella mia bolla spesso si dice “vibe coding” quando si parla di creare software con l’ai (Claude, lovable, ecc).
Parlando con un dev, mi ha raccontato di quanto odi il termine vive coding, e dalle sue parole mi è sembrato di capire che per lui vuol dire “questo usa l’ai ma non sa niente di programmazione”.
