I joined a DTIYS of Tama from Studiotinytuko's upcoming filipino animated series, Sinigang.

The characters are based on ingredients, and I find that so cool, like, for example, the person I drew emulates a tamarind.

I barely draw characters that stem from our culture ever since posters stopped being a performance task when I entered college, so this really took me back. There's a quiet beauty in who we are, but it's often overlooked by the noise of everyday life.

I'm not sure if the creator made it with a particular version in mind, but I chose sinigang na hipon because it's superior.

Reuploaded because I forgot to crop it the first time

I got my account back two days after I appealed.

It was an art account that got suspended over violating account integrity.

- I don't have IDs, so I chose the "I don’t have any of these options" and attached 2 pictures of my University Admission Slip that had my address, photo, birthday, etc. (This worked even though I have zero pictures of myself on Instagram)

Make sure that all 4 corners of IDs, passports, or documents are showing

- Emailed instagram-android@meta.com and support@instagram.com twice about the wrongful suspension

- Rated both Instagram and Facebook 1 star on Playstore with an explanation as to why to avoid both platforms

- I personally don't recommend contacting Meta on Instagram using any active account you have about your situation because they will suspend that account, too. I have not gotten back my main account because of this, but I'll update you guys once it happens

I'm going to make it my goal to invade every community with my art someday >:)

This is the first time this has happened to me, lol

Aviary Village? More like Rock Village 🫩

It's honestly so wild seeing an artist drop Leonardo da Vinci levels of rendering on a single armpit or foot, while the rest of the character looks like a flat, rushed cardboard cutout, it completely ruins the vibe. Like, you know exactly what they were looking at while drawing it.

​It is just a massive waste of potential. If you actually have the technical skill to pull off that level of detail, applying it to the entire piece would make it look incredible. Instead, the art style is completely split in half. You get this jarring contrast where 90% of the canvas gets a lazy two-color pass just so they can hurry up and hyper-fixate on one niche spot.

​Catering to "people of culture" is fine, but at least make the artwork coherent. When the visual hierarchy is that messed up, it stops looking like a stylistic choice and just looks like an obsession ruining a perfectly good drawing. Bring back tasteful goonbait, idk.
