Honey Garlic Chicken

Marinate chicken thighs in salt & pepper
Pan sear on each side for 5-7 mins
Make the sauce with Honey, soya sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar.
Remove chicken. Fry garlic in the same pan. Add the chicken.
Add the sauce in. Let it cook for 5 mins on simmer.
Garnish with chives and roasted sesame seeds.
