First red velvet cake attempt questions

I'm a new baker. For my first red velvet cake attempt, I followed the Divas Can Cook recipe. For the buttermilk, I made a substitute using the vinegar method. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. There weren't many details about oven temperature or how long to mix everything with an electric mixer.

In terms of taste, the results were satisfactory. However, a few things happened, amd I would appreciate any help or suggestions:

  1. The cake didn't rise properly. I've seen people have the middle sink, but I think I had the opposite problem. The cake rose mostly in the middle, while the sides didn't rise as much. After I took it out of the oven and let it cool, the middle sank back down, so the top ended up looking level. The cake turned out thinner than I expected. I'm not sure if this was because the oven temperature was too low or if something happened during preparation.

  2. The color turned out darker than I expected.

  3. The cream cheese frosting was much thinner than I thought it would be. It wasn't very creamy, although it tasted good. I used spreadable cream cheese, and I softened the butter in the microwave. It melted in the middle?

  4. In the image attached, I think the cake was fully cooked, although it may look underbaked because the frosting melted.

  5. The cake was also too thin to slice horizontally and separate into layers. Instead, I ended up cutting it in half and stacking the two semicircles on top of each other.

It shocks me how out of touch these influencers are

Yes, Monica, you are boring, and i'm glad you flopped. Welcome to the real world ❤️

I hate when fitness influencers use a bodyshaming language @heather.woelk

I really like her advice, but sometimes I see her using shaming language

There's no way people actually think Brooke Monk's boyfriend is more attractive than her

I'm gonna guess it's incels who think being blonde and having blue eyes means youre peak attractiveness

Thoughts on madeleineabeid?

I find it a bit disingenuous how she always makes videos about how healthy she is and how she doesn't subscribe to any of the harmful skinny rhetoric, yet she always bodychecks and she lost drastic weight in only couple of months. Her face looks so gaunt now

Plus I remember early on how she dodged questions about being certified in pilates because everyone could tell how her form wasn't good (which is fine, but she was filming pilates classes with a shitty form and no cueing), until she finally got certified and scrubbed her early tiktoks.

I'm so over the pilates body, everyone needs to build muscles, especially women

I'm so excited I need to talk to someone about this. Like do we expect a new single this week? Does the poster give any hints? Will she perform the whole album? I used to pray for times like these

So i have a 28 day cycle that is usually regular give and take 1 day. On day 8 of my last cycle i went through an extremely stressful period and the build to that day and the days following were stressful although to a lesser degree. I had protected intercourse (condoms) on day 28 where he pulled out in addition. And i also had intercourse on day 31 of my cycle, and he finished in the condom, there was no breakage as far as i know. I know it's highly unlikely i would get pregnant from sex i had a couple days ago where i wasn't even in the ovulation window. Still I'm getting anxious now and like idk how much the stressful life event could delay it. The most delayed it was was 3 months ago and it was only 2 days. I'm not experiencing any of the usual pms symptoms. Today is day 32.
